I went to Yelp to get advice, and found Rituals Salon. My first experience with Rituals was disappointing, especially for the prices charged. I was prepared to pay for what they charged (and, also added a generous tip!), but found that the cut was not better than, let's say, a mall store hair cut. After this, I never intended to go back. Then I received a call from someone at Rituals, and for some reason, after deciding never to go back to them, i related my disappointment, and got a phone call from the owner/manager, with an offer for a free haircut as a do-over. I accepted this offer and e-mailed the owner, but no response was received. Although I was impressed with the owner's professionalism and was grateful for the offer, it has been about 2 months, and I have serious doubts that I will go back.In the end, as nice as the place is, I thought I was paying for a good hair cut...not a massage, robe, etc.
