I am always happy with the service I receive at Rituals and this visit was no exception. I was getting ready for a trip out of the country to an area with lots of insects. I relayed to Nicole that one of my primary concerns on this trip would be to prevent mosquito bites. She then brought up something I hadn't even considered: scented hair products might attract them. I'm so glad she did! I ended up purchasing the unscented items she suggested and I was the only person on my retreat who didn't end up with mosquito bites on my scalp! Kudos to Rituals for having such well informed staff and a huge thank you to Nicole as well!
