The last time I went in to this dealership, I was greeted by the owners son who was working the showroom floor. I was really impressed to see that the owners of this dealership care enough to have one of their own actually working directly with customers. Having the owner directly in the "trenches" working with customers shows me a level of seriousness about customer care I rarely see with other companies. I will definitely try to buy my next car from one of the dealerships owned by Rick Case. more

I have been to Coconut Creek with my new Santa Fe and the service was disastrous!! They nickel and dime'd me for everything. Rick Case was the total opposite. They took care of me and did it in a very professional manner. I will only be going to Rick Case for this vehicle and any other future ones I buy. more

Being able to have work completed thru 1 or 2 service advisors during the 8 years I've owned my 05' Sonata.The 1st, Ernest, has moved to another location and now Freddy is the 2nd, with both being excellent. All work, maintenance, thru out has been completed at the Weston location since the opening of the dealership. I bought the Sonata during that opening week. more
