while we all want to save money, you get what you pay for and more from Rick Case Hyundai. probably I shouldn't say how "hooked"i am with my Tucson, but is true . The car never breaks, the service in the dealership is amazing, David Berrios is the best service advisor ever, this gentleman loves his job. People like David make a company, because of its people are great sales people and service people..my next car?..anything Rick Case sells . more

My husband and I both drive Hyundais, his is a 2006 Azera and mine is a 2012 Sonata. My husband and I both drive Hyundais. His is a 2006 Azera and mine is a 2012 Sonata. I always bring the cars for maintenance to Rick Case and have always had a very satisfactory experience. Recently my sister and niece both bought Elantras instead of the Hondas they previously had due to my recommendation. I especially like the fact that the warranty lasts five years on all Hyundais as opposed to most other companies that warrant the cars only for 3 years. more

This has to be the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I took my wife's car in for service and actually eneded up buying a car for myself while i was there. The staff was great. It was nice to be able to see the car from the waiting area. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I will be recomending Rick Case to anyone that asks. more

Not the best Hyundai dealership in the area 10/31/2013

I can only speak for my assigned advisor, it seems like he's always in a rush to get me out. I always like to know what is being done to my vehicle before hand, it doesn't seem like my advisor and I are on the same page. He didn't even call me to tell me my vehicle was ready. The only way I'd recommend this dealership is if you don't use a service advisor named Chris. more

I'm always impressed by the quality of people you attract to work for your establishment. And once again I was not disappointed. Ben Clerge was my service advisor during this visi. This young man was polite, well groomed and most of all, kind and understanding. I'm a cancer patient at Cleveland Clinic and had just left that facility when I came to yours. I just stopped by to ask a question since it was after 12:00pm and I was not expecting much service so late in the day and at lunch time. He was patient with me and made it easy for me to accomplish what I needed to do without having to make an extra trip, ( I came from Coral Springs). I should not have been surprised by the excellent service I received. Both my sister and I bypass other service centers (she from Kendall) just because of the service we receive at Rick Case. I am not happy that after waiting 2-3 hours for repair work I get the vehicle back with the same problem. I have to take off time from work AGAIN to go back with the same problem. more
