When I arrived at Dr. Rice’s practice last year, I was very unhappy with my current bridge and health of my teeth. I had already been through quite an ordeal to get my bridge work completed, and it seemed that things were just getting worse and worse. I had unwanted spaces, unhealthy gums, and an overall disheartened feeling toned my smile and prior dental experience. Dr. Rice and her staff made me feel comfortable and at ease from my very first visit. They guided me through every step to get to the point of having healthy gums, fabulous smile, and a great attitude toward my teeth and smile. Dr. Rice prepared my gums, with help of Dr. Skinner, new porcelain bridge that would look natural and feel comfortable. I now have the beautiful smile that I really wanted for so many years; I only wish I had found Dr. Rice ten years ago! I really appreciate Dr. Rice and her wonderful staff for taking the extra time with me that was needed to ensure success with my bridge. The entire staffs made me feel comfortable and special each time I had an appointment. My family and friends are so impressed with my new smile. I love the feeling that my smile looks so natural, yet so fabulous. Thank you Dr. Rice! more

NO Pain!\r NO Discomfort!\r The office is quiet and calm.\r I am welcomed into the office by my first name.\r I feel safe and valued.\r All questions are answered, even the ones I didn’t know to ask....everything is thoroughly explained.\r Dr. Rice and all of her staff are professional and personable.\r I am 60 years old and have been to my share of dentists. Dr. Rice is the best dentist I have been to and I am recommending her to all my friends. more

The """"tone and feel"""" of your office is striking and sets you apart. You have good people at the front desk (so often I have observed offices that do not put their strongest there). There is a professional, friendly decorum observed by all the people I have met (Christine deserves a special shout-out).\r Communication - Somehow you all seem to communicate well. I did not have to repeat myself when moving from one staff member to another whether the subject was teeth or billing. And you all """"tune in"""" to individual patients. My guess is that your morning meetings reinforce all these things - bravo for having those meetings which, doubtless, both result in office efficiency, but also serve to make employees feel that they matter and are making a difference. A suggestion: work in """"apprectation"""" in each meeting. You can always find someone who went above and beyond or someone who received noteworthy appreciative feedback from a patient. more

I went from having constant jaw pain and multiple stabbing headaches in my temple daily, to about one headache a week and very little jaw pain. more
