Best place ever!!! I have to say that when my daughter told me I had a month to plan her wedding, I kind of freaked out. I can pull off a lot of things but finding the wedding dress of her dreams in a month seemed impossible. That's where Renee came in! Not only did Renee personally help my daughter find the dress of her dreams, she got it ordered and altered A WEEK AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! more

My daughter bought her wedding dress at Renee's, and I decided to make the veil. I live in another state, and brought the veil to see how it looked with the dress. The color of the veil did not match the dress, and Renee was very helpful telling me just how to fix the color of the veil. She has always been kind to my daughter, and I appreciated very much her telling me how to fix the veil. This in spite of that meant she would not be able to sell the veil. I'd recommend her store to anyone more

I DO NOT recommend going to Renee's Bridal. Renee was extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. The first time I went into the store with two of my bridesmaid she asked me ""if they like the dress why can't they pay for it today?"". The dresses were close to $250 a piece and my bridesmaids were a week away from being ready to order them. When I told her that she just dismissed us and went about her business without even so much as a ""glad you stopped in"", etc. She is the only store in town that does not offer a discount for purchasing all the dresses from her. She does not ship anywhere! Four of my seven bridesmaids live around the United States and she refused to ship them. One of my bridesmaids ask her if there was any way she could ship it to her and Renee replied that she was just going to hand the dress to my mother and tell my mother ""to just send it to her"". Not ""Do you think you can send this"", etc. no Renee said ""I will just hand her the dress and if she just denies it and refuses to take it then I will ship it"". Well if Renee can ship it then why would she put her client, my mother, out of her way??? Every time I asked if she could do anything like the shipping Renee would respond with ""I don't do that service any more because I have been burned too many time""...sorry lady but that is part of this business. It is not the clients fault Renee runs an unorganized, unprofessional business. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in January and Renee told me they would be ready for pickup beginning of April. When April arrived I called her three times one week. One of her young consultants finally called me back and talked down to me like I was an idiot saying that Renee swears she told me May. Overall, DO NOT waste your time or money here. This place is a joke. I only used this store because my mom and two of my bridesmaids live in Pensacola so I figured it would be the easiest....well I was wrong. I am extremely disappointed in the service. There are multiple bridal places in Fairhope, AL, and in Destin, FL that offer 20% discounts, etc that carried my bridesmaids dresses and offer free shipping, holding, and cleaning. Renee is rude, classless, and UNPROFESSIONAL!! more

When choosing where to begin looking for my dream gown, I chose a location that was central for myself, my mother, and my soon to be sister in law. Pensacola was the chosen city. Since I know very little about Pensacola, I turned to google, which led me to Renee at Renee’s Bridal. From the very moment that I stepped into the salon, I was treated like a princess. The staff was simply amazing, catering to my every wish. I found my dream gown in 2 short hours, the 3rd one I tried on. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with this fabulous salon. I only wish that I could do it all over again just to work with them one more time! It is so refreshing to find a place that truly listens, cares and helps their customers. I have two young daughters who participate in pageants and I will continue to make the drive to Renee’s Bridal thanks to my experience :) more

I could not have had a better experience finding my perfect wedding dress! All of the staff at Renee’s Bridal were beyond fabulous! Renee was amazing.Renee was so knowledgeable about all of the dresses and fits! I was very overwhelmed when I first started dress shopping because I had no idea what I was looking for, but they were so helpful and I quickly found the style I did not know I was looking for. I was impressed with their relationships with all of the dress designers. There was a dress I was thinking about modifying, which made me a little nervous. Renee was able to speak with the dress designer while I was in the store and confirm that the modification was a possibility. Needless to say, I found my dream dress and the modifications were gorgeous! Renee made sure the dress fit me like a glove and the hem and bustle were perfect! I recommend Renee’s Bridal to everyone I know who is dress shopping. They made shopping for my wedding dress a dream experience! more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at renees Bridal. I have not been planning my wedding since I was a little girl. I actually dreaded the thought of having to pick out a wedding dress. Renee’s Bridal was across the street from where I worked, so I decided to run over there on my lunch break. I found the perfect dress within 20 minutes. Renee listened to what I wanted, pulled some dresses for me, and not only made the experience painless, but I really enjoyed it! I do not think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. more

Thank you Renee’, I have never met you but my friend went into your store to look at wedding gowns. She was on a very limited budget. You were most kind and gracious to her. After she found the dress she loved you must have know she still was over her head and would not be able to afford the dress. I could not believe my ears as my friend was telling me the story with tears running down her face of how you then gave her a big hug and said that you felt in your heart that you should give her this wedding gown. I have never heard of such kindness to a stranger much less a customer.. At first I thought the wedding gown must be ugly or damaged goods., But No!!!!!! You gave a beautiful over the top wedding gown to my friend and I could not believe my eyes or my ears. It touched my heart as well as it did hers. You will never know what this means to my friend. And how it has changed me. Thank you for having such a tender heart. My friend and I will never forget the kindness you have shown. Renee you truly did make my friends dream come true. I have never posted a review online but my experiences with Renee's Bridal have been so bad that I felt the need to share. Renee seems to have forgotten that her business is customer-driven. My 17 year old, size 5 (jeans) daughter went back to Renee's Bridal in Pensacola with some friends to look for prom dresses. She found a dress that she liked but was told she was ""too big"" to try it on. I went back with her today to look at this dress that she liked so well and, when she told Renee what had transpired, she was told that "" no one in her store would have called her fat and that she probably is too big for the dress . Renee had not seen the dress. She called the girl over and said, You won t believe the lie this girl just told me. We bought a prom dress from her last year and spent over $500 for it before alterations and got nasty attitude from her when I told her I d have the alterations done closer to home. Incidentally, the prom dress last year had to be ordered in a smaller size but fit exactly the same as the sample. Alterations would have cost an additional $117 through Renee s. I paid $45 for the exact same alterations. On a happy note, we found a beautiful (size 4) dress at Twilight Formals in The Bridal Plaza on Nine Mile Rd in Pensacola. No alterations needed!! We were assisted by 3 cute, sweet sales people. Nearly $400 this year that might have gone into Renee s pocket if not for her nastiness! more

I had been to The Bridal Loft and to the Bridal Suite. Both bridal stores made me feel as if it was impossible for me to have the dress of my dreams due to the fact it takes up to six months to order a wedding gown. But I walked into Renee more

Hey everyone, I will come right out and say it, then for those who want very detailed proof I'll explain! Renee (the actual owner, not just the store) purchases USED dresses, cuts out the designer's tags and satin hanger straps, and resells them as her own at full price! Here's the explanation, and please go look for yourself to confirm if you need to! If you go to the store the majority of the dresses have the tags cut out (you can still see the brand's hanger stays if you look close) so you cannot see who made the dress or even what size it is. Then, if you look closely at the dress and the details of it you will notice snags, tears, seams ripped, beads missing, etc. And these aren't the sale dresses!! Here's the 'proof' if you will: I went in search of a gown to wear to a military ball. I tried on a very pretty satin green halter dress. It had visible snags, so I asked who made it and if we could order an untouched one. Well, there was no tag, but when I looked closely I noticed that the satin hanger straps in the dress were cut out and solid black one had been sewn in their place. Well since I was looking closely I could still see enough of the designers straps the make out that it was made by Jovanni. When i got home I googled the dress to find out that it is over 5 years old!!! There is so much more I could tell you about my experience and my interaction with Renee herself, but this would be too long of a post. Please know that I confronted Renee about it and she was so caught off guard that she was talking herself in circles and all she could say as an explanation was that the only reason none of her gowns had tags was because she bought them herself. And one other thing to mention, she won't let you take any pictures of a single gown there, and now we know why. If we were to go take the pictures and look for the dress elsewhere we'd find that it is from 2005!! And all if this doesn't even include my personal experience with Renee herself. She acts very sweet up front, but while I was figuring out her little secret she was the down right meanest person. She said herself that people who shop for sales gowns don't deserve the same respect or attention or service than those who are shopping for full price gowns!! Great service, huh? Thoughtful, Meaningful, Perfect. Renee's is wonderful. After being treated so poorly at another shop, I called Renee's and spoke to Renee', who had NO appointments available, but she said to stop in anyways and she will help me in any way she can. She pulled dresses before I even pulled up, which was so thoughtful. Renee and her staff helped me find my perfect dress, and made it a meaningful experience to my mother as well . They knew the style I wanted, stuck with it, and suggested dresses to best fit the shape of my body if I ever had questions. Im so glad and relieved I bought my dress from them.
