I decided to use this company to do some routine maintainence, not only did the technician do an excellent job of that ,but he discovered several flaws in the installation of my unit done by another company 2 years ago. Also, I explained to the technician that I was having noise issues when the unit would start up,and he told me of a couple of devices he could install to possibly reduce or eliminate this issue. I had him do this,and for the first time since I have owned this unit the noise has been considerably reduced! When I had asked both the owner of the company that had installed the unit and 2 of his techs what could be done about the noise,they quickly brushed me off and said there was nothing that could be done and it was a normal part of its operation! Needless to say,I do not deal with them anymore! REM AIR has really left an excellent first impression on me,they seem to be very knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely use them again! more

We were extremely impressed with the entire sales/installation of our new system. The entire staff and crew of REM was professional in every aspect of the entire installation procedure including being on time, keeping everything clean, cleaning up when finished, explaining and answering questions about the operation of the unit, and being polite and courteous. Staff couldn't have been more professional from first call until job completion. We researched A/C companies and install questions before making calls. REM always top listed. Joe came up w/alt. install in attic that saved us tons of closet space, quieter and cleaner operating as we have two big dogs and filters in return always loaded. On time, always busy and did extra things that weren't in contract, to make job look fantastic. We were looking for two things, exceptional quality on install and pro service when we need it. We knew how good the service was, they took care of our old unit. Thanks to Joe and his exceptional crew, we couldn't be happier! more

I'm not one to go out of my way to compliment a business, but the service of this company is exceptional. Our heat had stop working. After messing with it for awhile I realized I had to call a repair service. I hate hiring contractors for stuff like this. It seems they never do it right, or they rip you off on the cost. I called one place, and they scheduled me for the next day. Then an hour later, a friend recommended I call REM. They had used them before and claimed they were wonderful. So I called them. They sent a tech out to the house within 2 hours. The tech was super nice. He checked the outside unit, then climbed into the attic to examine the inside unit. He was back down in about 15 minutes explaining a fuse had overloaded and burned out. He replaced it within a few minutes and had the heat working again. He then went back into the attice to tape up a few air ducts he noticed were leaking air. The bill was well within reason for a service call with a small fuse replacement and some sealed ducts. i was really surpised they didn't try to make more money off us by telling us something else of high cost was broken! We wouldn't have even known! I feel lucky to have finally found an honest AC Contractor. I felt their honesty and hard work deserved a few minutes of my time to write a review for them. more

These guys are wonderful! They were here at 8AM ready to go to work. They put down drop cloths everywhere to avoid harming my floors. The had to not only remove the old unit outside but the old air handler in the attic. The new air handler was larger which required them to also replace all the duct work feeding it and going to the outlets. They finished at about 3:30PM and then began cleanup. When they left, you wouldn't have known anything had happened in my house! The only telltale sign was the glorious cool air blowing out of the vents!! These guys are courteous, efficient, fast and thorough with a great attention to detail. The unit that was replaced was our first encounter with REM. We have been happy and satisfied custormers for 10 years! Happy & Cool in Tampa! more

Approx three months ago my husband and contacted REM regarding replacement of our old air conditioner unit. From our first encounter with the sales team we have been very impressed and pleased with the professional service. The very qualified REM sales team suggested a larger unit, re-routing our duct work, and more vents. We had several estimates and found their price to be inline with the other quotes. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. The technicians were extremely qualified, professional and very considerate of our property. They even replaced mulch! Three months later we are pleased to report that our power bill is approx 30% lower. Thank you REM, we sincerely appreciate dealing with an honest and professional company. When I bought my house I knew I'd soon have to replace the AC. Of course, I relied on the advice of friends. REM left my house cleaner than they found it!
