I decided to use this company to do some routine maintainence, not only did the technician do an excellent job of that ,but he discovered several flaws in the installation of my unit done by another company 2 years ago. Also, I explained to the
technician that I was having noise issues when the unit would start up,and he told me of a couple of devices he could install to possibly reduce or eliminate this issue. I had him do this,and for the first time since I have owned this unit the noise has been considerably reduced! When I had asked both the owner of the company that had installed the unit and 2 of his techs what could be done about the noise,they quickly brushed me off and said there was nothing that could be done and it was a normal part of its operation! Needless to say,I do not deal with them anymore! REM AIR has really left an excellent first impression on me,they seem to be very knowledgeable and thorough. I will definitely use them again!
