Approx three months ago my husband and contacted REM regarding replacement of our old air conditioner unit. From our first encounter with the sales team we have been very impressed and pleased with the professional service. The very qualified REM sales team suggested a larger unit, re-routing our duct work, and more vents. We had several estimates and found their price to be inline with the other quotes. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. The technicians were extremely qualified, professional and very considerate of our property. They even replaced mulch! Three months later we are pleased to report that our power bill is approx 30% lower. Thank you REM, we sincerely appreciate dealing with an honest and professional company. We will definitely refer our friends. REM definitely offers five star services!
