Approx three months ago my husband and contacted REM regarding replacement of our old air conditioner unit. From our first encounter with the sales team we have been very impressed and pleased with the professional service. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time and did an excellent job. The technicians were extremely qualified, professional and very considerate of our property. They even replaced mulch!
