DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!\r

I asked them to come out to check my fridge, and get a cost estimate to fix. They came out (technician is Tim), didn't fix it (just vacuumed, didn't identify the real problem which was the thermostat), and instead broke our ice maker (while disassembling it to get to the back of the freezer), charged us over $250 (for the vacuum job), and are completely denying their technician broke our ice maker (we didn't know it was broken until Tim left, and we then had to call out his manager, Caesar, to come back out). Keep in mind that the ice maker was working just fine until the very moment Tim came and took it apart. Because it takes time for the ice to be made, we didn't realize that it wasn't working until a few hours after Tim left.\r

So when the manager, Caesar, came to our house, he quickly identified that the thermostat needed to be replaced. But when we showed him the broken ice maker, he was very quick to deny that his technician had anything to do with it. His position was that our fridge is old, and it just coincidentally broke down the moment his technician left our house. We asked him very kindly to give us a quote to replace the ice maker and the thermostat. After over a week of constantly asking him for a quote, he finally sent back a quote of $900 to replace the ice maker. It is absolutely unacceptable, ridiculous, and they want us to pay $900 to fix something they broke in the first place.\r
\r
The sad thing is, our ice maker was working until the moment their technician showed up. He then proceeded to take it apart (for some reason), but after he re-assembled it, it stopped working. When we told the manager, Caesar, about this, he keeps defending his own employee who is completely denying what he did (which is he broke the ice maker).\r
\r
When I demanded to speak to the General Manager (after their manager, Caesar, offered it in the first place), now they won't even respond to me at all.\r
\r
All Caesar needs to do is admit his employee's mistake, apologize to us, and just fix our ice maker at no additional charge to us. Sure, he would be out of some money, but he would go a long way in gaining customer trust and satisfaction. Instead, he's getting very negative publicity and lost another customer.\r

We learned this mistake the really hard way. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
