Don't use them. We had them come out for our Bosch dishwasher. He told us the control board was out and gave us an $800 estimate. I ended up checking the problem online and found the control board at Sears for about $150 including tax and shipping. I replaced it and the dishwasher was fixed in about 30 minutes. The whole service call was a scam to get an easy service call fee. At $50 a pop they can make a haul for doing nothing. It's either that or the tech really was clueless. Neither choice seems good.
