We've been doing business with the two dealerships for more than 25 yrs; Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch, and Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, Il. We've purchased at least 8-9 vehicles from the two dealerships in that time frame. When you get the best in customer service, both during the vehicle sale, after the sale, and for servicing of your vehicle, there is no reason to ever go anywhere else. \r With the last two trucks we bought, Ray Scarpelli (owner) Fox Lake, went out of his way to make sure we were treated properly. \r The service Dept at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, which we've been dealing with in recent years, is beyond OUTSTANDING! All the service advisors are courteous, professional, and go out of their way to be helpful. Liz Frohling & Joe Marinello in service are exceptional!!!! (In fact, they deserve a raise, if they havent had one in the last year..... ) These 2 service professionals go above and beyond for us, every time we bring one of our 'aging' trucks in for service. more

He goes above and beyond to ensure that loyal customers remain loyal. Even when he isn't going to make anything off you. He makes you feel like a part of this Rays family - and considering how many vehicles we have purchased there - and they all say hi when I walk in - I really feel like family. If there is any issue - he will ALWAYS make it right. 2 - George G - Awesome Awesome Awesome... Persistence Prevails :-) you know why I say this. Thanks for everything. On 28 JAN 14 I was in the market for a used vehicle and found a good deal at Ray's. Worked with Chris Kahlmorgan and had a great experience with him. I looked at two vehicles, one which I had an appointment for and the other was a last minute. The customer service was great concerning the last minute car since it was during the cold snap and they had to keep jumping it. I didn't get the car, but they very friendly and didn't seem to put off by it. I would definitely shop there again! more

I cannot say enough positive things about Ray Chevrolet. I am super picky and was very skeptical about the whole used car buying process. I had been to other dealerships and dealt with less than honest sales associates, so did not have high hopes. I was blown away with the customer service at Ray. My sales associate is the best, Chris V. Kahlmorgan. If you are looking for a new/used car, go see him. He went way out of his way to ensure that my experience was great and that my time was not wasted. Chris always either answered when I called or called me back immediately. I found a used car that I liked, and he made sure that it would pass my mechanics inspection prior to me taking it over there, which included ordering and installing a lot of new parts...that had not been the case at other dealerships, and I wasted a lot of time & money taking cars over that did not pass, and the dealerships just didn't care at all, most were incredibly rude and acted like they didn't know that the cars had issues. The service department at Ray is also top notch. Everybody at Ray is friendly and really, truly cares that you have a good experience and will come back and recommend them to your friends, which is the smart and honest way of doing business. I am in sales myself, so really appreciate that. I do not have a high tolerence for anything less. It is not the most convenient dealership to me, but the only one that I would go to from now on. Do not waste your time, just go to Ray....seriously. I am so happy with my new (used) car, and my whole experience at Ray. more
