I know car buying can be hectic, but I went to Ray Chevrolet and could not be happier with the car and experience I had. TJ Lisk (sales associate) was knowledgeable, courteous and ensured I was 100% satisfied before I left the lot. TJ went above and beyond to meet all my car buying needs. Actually an Enjoyable Buying Experience! Very friendly staff and a great selection on vehicles. I walked into Ray Chevrolet expecting the typical run around but when i met William right away i was comfortable he was very mellow and he was not afraid to tell me things up front which i really appreciated he made sure what i was trying to accomplish was met specially since the last dealership i went to the salesmen drove me in a vehicle that from a budget stand point was not what i wanted to accomplish at all. William showed me the right vehicle and i love my 2013 Malibu. The financing went great and William even introduced me to his general salesmen Matt who is very professional as well. I recently purchased a 2013 Equinox from Ray Chevrolet. This is the 5th car we've bought at Ray's. Hugo Ayala was our salesman. He first assisted my husband with the number crunching as he determined if now was the correct time for us to trade in our Malibu. Two days later Hugo finalized the deal with us. The entire time he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very patient as he showed me all the bells & whistles on the car. Having Hugo as our salesman was a joy & I would certainly request him again. more

We went t to Ray Chevy just to get a appraisal on our GMC Envoy because our credit was poor, so we didn't even think we could purchase a car, let alone a new 2013 sonic. George did a great job getting us approved as well as Joe in finance. This is the place to go. Thanks Guys more

We purchased our 4th car from John Lesniak at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, IL. I have never liked the process of buying a car, but John makes an otherwise tedious and stressful process much more bearable. John took the time to understand our needs and our budget, and he never tried to steer us towards something we could not afford. Over the years, we have come to know something about each of our families and we have grown to trust John - that's not a character quality I say about very many people. Each time we bought from John, we got a reliable car at a great price. Thanks again John! more

watch out !!!! 7/24/2013

A week later I was told to come in that I forgot to sign something. When I got there they said I had to pay another 1000.00 to them or they where taking the car back. They where very intimidating and I could hear the manager yelling and swearing at sales people,A very uncomfortable experance. This dealer is shady and dishonest. more

I just purchased a new 2013 Malibu at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake and I could not be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism that I experienced there. Rich Gniadek was my salesman and from start to finish he made me feel like I was his only customer and that no matter what kind of outragous request I gave to him he was willing to try and help me get into the vehicle that I wanted and never told me that there was nothing he could do. Rich listened to everything I had to say and found me the perfect car and stayed within my budget. I will definitely go back to RIch if I ever need another vehicle and I will tell all my family and friends to go see Rich for all their car buying needs. But it didn't stop with RIch, once I decided to buy the vehicle, Matt Douvikas the general sales manager was able to come up with a deal that I could afford and would not stop until I was comfortable with the price and payment. I bought my 1st car at Ray Chevrolet in 2005 & had such a great experience I had to come back. This most recent visit, Rupe Ayala helped me. Rupe is AMAZING! He not only was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot he was also very professional. Got a new 2012 Chevy Malibu LT at an amazing price. Great services from Tony Jensen he was a pleasure to work with. I came in at 9 AM and was out by 2 PM with my brand new car. Ray Chevrolet is where I will be going for any future cars, and Tony is the salesperson I will work with. more
