I am writing a review - but have to include several people. 1 - Ray Scarpelli himself. He goes above and beyond to ensure that loyal customers remain loyal. Even when he isn't going to make anything off you. He makes you feel like a part of this Rays family - and considering how many vehicles we have purchased there - and they all say hi when I walk in - I really feel like family. If there is any issue - he will ALWAYS make it right. 2 - George G - Awesome Awesome Awesome... Persistence Prevails :-) you know why I say this. Thanks for everything. Knowing I was not even buying a Chevy product - you went well above and beyond knowing that there wasn't any money to be made by you - but that didn't make me your last priority - thank you so much. - PS - now you know what to tell people to do when they are told NO about getting a vehicle outside of from you.... And Finally 3 - Ryan B - I didn't work with you until you went to see, drive and purchase my car. Its an Audi - and I think you really liked it - your enthusiasm, made mine even higher. This meant so much to me, and then working with you when I came in to the dealership. You did everything - the car was perfect, spotless, and you showed me everything you could possibly figure out in such a short period of time (PS - I figured out how to change the clock and found the ipod dock)... \r

You guys all simply are the best, represent the best in customer service, and I would never, nor would my family - go Anywhere else. Thank you so much.... \r
