We've been doing business with the two dealerships for more than 25 yrs; Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch, and Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, Il. We've purchased at least 8-9 vehicles from the two dealerships in that time frame. When you get the best in customer service, both during the vehicle sale, after the sale, and for servicing of your vehicle, there is no reason to ever go anywhere else. \r
With the last two trucks we bought, Ray Scarpelli (owner) Fox Lake, went out of his way to make sure we were treated properly. \r
The service Dept at Ray Chevrolet in Fox Lake, which we've been dealing with in recent years, is beyond OUTSTANDING! All the service advisors are courteous, professional, and go out of their way to be helpful. Liz Frohling & Joe Marinello in service are exceptional!!!! (In fact, they deserve a raise, if they havent had one in the last year..... ) These 2 service professionals go above and beyond for us, every time we bring one of our 'aging' trucks in for service.
