I cannot say enough positive things about Ray Chevrolet. I am super picky and was very skeptical about the whole used car buying process. I had been to other dealerships and dealt with less than honest sales associates, so did not have high hopes. I was blown away with the customer service at Ray. My sales associate is the best, Chris V. Kahlmorgan. If you are looking for a new/used car, go see him. He went way out of his way to ensure that my experience was great and that my time was not wasted. Chris always either answered when I called or called me back immediately. I found a used car that I liked, and he made sure that it would pass my mechanics inspection prior to me taking it over there, which included ordering and installing a lot of new parts...that had not been the case at other dealerships, and I wasted a lot of time & money taking cars over that did not pass, and the dealerships just didn't care at all, most were incredibly rude and acted like they didn't know that the cars had issues. The service department at Ray is also top notch. Everybody at Ray is friendly and really, truly cares that you have a good experience and will come back and recommend them to your friends, which is the smart and honest way of doing business. I am in sales myself, so really appreciate that. I do not have a high tolerence for anything less. It is not the most convenient dealership to me, but the only one that I would go to from now on. Do not waste your time, just go to Ray....seriously. I am so happy with my new (used) car, and my whole experience at Ray.
