I'm not sure where these other people have went wrong. I suppose some people can't ever be pleased. My wife and I have been renters our entire lives (we are in our mid 30's) and the staff at RJH Realty have been wonderful! We have had zero issues with them. Amanda Mayo has done such a wonderful job finding us a single family home to rent and taking care of us throughout our lease, that we decided that we wanted her to also be our realtor when it came to buying a home in the area. We are SO GLAD we did! Amanda has been extremely professional, dedicated, and superbly knowledgeable. She has basically bent over backwards to make sure that the entire process goes as smoothly as possible. Not only that, but she is a blast to go house hunting with! Hands down RJH is one of the best companies to contact if you are looking to rent or buy! more

I rented from RJH Realty for three years. The staff alway did what they could to make me feel welcome and handle my needs as a renter. I would recommend RJH to friends and family alike. more

From my personal experience: NEVER rent or do business with these people. Amanda Mayo is totally incompetent and lies through her teeth. I don't know why Rudy Hymer hired her; maybe she is in the family.\r Some examples: promises security deposit back, and then goes back on her word; promises repairs will be done, and they are still not done 2 months later; never returns emails or phone calls. RJH Realty is bad news!!\r I've rented a lot of places, but never run into anyone as bad as RJH! more

This company will shaft you out of your deposit in a heartbeat. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then take your deposit because you didnt follow the contract which says something totally different. The owner is a coward and will not try to resolve any situation. My neighbors have had problems with them trying to charge them for bogus repairs. BEWARE!!! Follow the contract to a T and dont believe their lies. more

I have lived in my home (yes I rented but they made me feel like it was a home) for 5 years. The staff is always helpfull and if I called with any problems they would be out quickly to fix the problem. I would recamend them to my friends and family. The prices are very reasonable. They are a good company to rent from and if you are in the market to buy a home they can help with that as well. Thank you RJH for for being a GREAT place to rent from!!!!!!!!!:) more

I have lived at many different apt communities in Oklahoma and Texas, never have i been so disappointed as when i lived in an RJH property. They lied to us when it was time to move out, even coming over and taking pics after my wife busted her tail cleaning the apt while i was traveling for work. they even commented on how clean it was while taking pics. Then they proceed to give us only 1/3rd of our deposit back, saying we left the unit filthy and they had to have it repaired. we went back and forth and i had to get nasty and they ended up giving us a little over 1/2 of our deposit back to us. Other places give you your whole deposit if you leave it clean and undamaged. Not these guys, they try to pass on the costs of the routine make-ready for the next tenant to the previous tenant. Stay away unless you're prepared to lose your deposit! Cons: these guys are cheap crooks more

I am currently renting from Rjh realty. I should as well bought a house. When ever I have a problem with my house I call the RJH office and they send someone out immediately, however I have to pay for the cost to fix things. I had problems with plumbing they sent a plumber and he didnt fix things properly and left the raw sewage there for me to clean. To top that off they charged me for the sorry plumbing job they did. Rjh realty is totally unprofessional and cheap!!!!!! Pros: No pros at all Cons: Its terrible!! more

Moved in for a great price. When we moved in, the ""pond"" that was promised in the backyard was turned out to be a pit that was covered in logs. Nothing was ever done about this.\r \r Lived there for 9 months. 3 of those months, our drier was broken and we couldn't get them to fix it. At least not for 3 months. Another 2 of those months our washer was broken. And we couldn't get them to fix it. They never returned phone calls and were completely unresponsive and irresponsible, blaming us and passing the buck to some 3rd party contractor who also was completely unresponsive.\r \r At move-out, they withheld several hundred of our security deposit for reasons they refused to itemize, citing ""miscellaneous charges"", and charged us for both preexisting problems and problems they created. \r \r Avoid at all costs. Moved into an older apartment which was fine for the price I was paying. But when it came time to move out RJH tried to pin everything wrong with the place on me and say they couldn't refund my security deposit. I was blamed for pre-existing problems with the blinds, carpets, and walls. They claimed that all the carpet had to be replaced because of stains on the underside of the carpet! I tried to explain to them that this was how the apartment was when I moved in but they didn't care... now I'm weighing my options in court. If you move in here you'd better go over your place with a fine-tooth comb and put ALL pre-existing imperfections in writing or else they will screw you in the end.
