Review content:
Moved into an older apartment which was fine for the price I was paying. But when it came time to move out RJH tried to pin everything wrong with the place on me and say they couldn't refund my security deposit. I was blamed for pre-existing problems with the blinds, carpets, and walls. They claimed that all the carpet had to be replaced because of stains on the underside of the carpet! I tried to explain to them that this was how the apartment was when I moved in but they didn't care... now I'm weighing my options in court. If you move in here you'd better go over your place with a fine-tooth comb and put ALL pre-existing imperfections in writing or else they will screw you in the end.
