Review content:
Moved in for a great price. When we moved in, the ""pond"" that was promised in the backyard was turned out to be a pit that was covered in logs. Nothing was ever done about this.\r

Lived there for 9 months. 3 of those months, our drier was broken and we couldn't get them to fix it. At least not for 3 months. Another 2 of those months our washer was broken. And we couldn't get them to fix it. They never returned phone calls and were completely unresponsive and irresponsible, blaming us and passing the buck to some 3rd party contractor who also was completely unresponsive.\r

At move-out, they withheld several hundred of our security deposit for reasons they refused to itemize, citing ""miscellaneous charges"", and charged us for both preexisting problems and problems they created. \r

Avoid at all costs.
Pros: Decent house
Cons: Horrible staff, completely unethical
