I have lived at many different apt communities in Oklahoma and Texas, never have i been so disappointed as when i lived in an RJH property. They lied to us when it was time to move out, even coming over and taking pics after my wife busted her tail cleaning the apt while i was traveling for work. they even commented on how clean it was while taking pics. Then they proceed to give us only 1/3rd of our deposit back, saying we left the unit filthy and they had to have it repaired. we went back and forth and i had to get nasty and they ended up giving us a little over 1/2 of our deposit back to us. Other places give you your whole deposit if you leave it clean and undamaged. Not these guys, they try to pass on the costs of the routine make-ready for the next tenant to the previous tenant. Stay away unless you're prepared to lose your deposit!
Cons: these guys are cheap crooks
