Highly recommend! 7/20/2016

We have been using R & D for 14 years and have nothing but good things to say. They are always, punctual, professional, and I feel that when able, they go above and beyond. Most recently one of my A.C. units wasn't working, they came out promptly, discovered that it was an electrical issue, sent out their electricians who diagnosed the problem, and got things up and running. When they finished the job no one was home so they took the time to close all ten windows in our family room and kitchen. Needless to say they didn't need to do that but it sure was appreciated! more

We have been using R & D for 14 years and have nothing but good things to say. They are always, punctual, professional, and I feel that when able, they go above and beyond. Most recently one of my A.C. units wasn't working, they came out promptly, discovered that it was an electrical issue, sent out their electricians who diagnosed the problem, and got things up and running. When they finished the job no one was home so they took the time to close all ten windows in our family room and kitchen. Needless to say they didn't need to do that but it sure was appreciated! more

Punctual, Reliable, Honest! 5/26/2016

Tim came out to diagnose my parent’s air conditioner that had been on the blink for 24hrs and the house was getting hot! Within minutes he found the problem and showed it to me. The capacitor and switch were badly corroded and burnt out. Within 30 minutes he had everything working again and even went the extra mile to clean the outside unit and instruct my parents in how to use their thermostat which at 80 plus years they had forgotten. Tim was very personable and took the time to make sure we understood everything. These guys are exceptional in the service they provide! more

Tim Frank serviced our AC system. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Tim recognized a small mold problem in our attic and installed an air purification system to combat the problem and purify our circulated air. more

Sam was great 5/18/2016

Sam from R&D Heating and Cooling was right on top of the game at all times during my interaction with these guys. The whole process was just so easy and simple, and the installation went in perfectly. The guys that came to do the installation were very nice and sociable and they got the job done pretty quickly which was nice. These guys put in my original air conditioning unit twenty something odd years ago and they did such a great job then that I came back to them when I needed a new unit. I would definitely recommend these guys. more

Just had my annual check-up and service. Went amazing well, although we need a new system! Got lots of good and useful info from Tim, my service guy. He explained my system and where the issues were. Contacted HQ and had a sales rep call me right away to schedule a meeting about replacing the system. Great company to have your back - that's why we've kept them for 23 years! more

R&D Heating and Cooling came out today to put in a new heat pump system and the people that came couldn't have been nicer. They seemed absolutely qualified and there was no question about that. The young man from R&D Heating and Cooling was extremely efficient. He came in and worked on the problem we had. He couldn't get the things to check out correctly so he called the distributor of the equipment and after a period of time, got everything working. more
