I was extremely pleased with the service that Tim provided today. He was very friendly and took the time to explain all that he needed to do to make sure everything was running smoothly. He took the extra time to point out important information we needed to know about our unit. This proved to be very helpful in better understanding the operation of my unit. He went out of his way to make sure that our unit was in the best possible working condition. I salute R+D for having Tim as one of their service technicians.
