Outstanding 6/16/2011

Todd Jones, our sale rep. was outstanding. His knowledge of the vechile was very impressive. He went out of his way to keep us happy while we waited. Very pleasent to work with. Kimberlly Ann, our finance rep. was too very nice. She answered any questions we had. She too was very pleasent to work with. We will buy our next vechile with Huntersville Ford, no question about that. Very Happy. more

I just had my 2011 Fusion in for an oil change and they had me in and out very quickly. They also gave me a report card telling me all about the condition of my tires and brakes, which was very helpful, since I normally don't pay attention to these items. The staff is very friendly and the prices were fair. I plan on going back to Huntersville Ford for all my future service. I highly recommend them. more

Very helpful and kind 5/10/2011

Paul Adamski the assistant service manager, was so helpful and kind when my Aviator was towed from Virgina (150 miles) to his lot. He truly went above and beyond to get my car in shape so it could be driven back to Miami, Fl. I was truly touched and amazed by his quick telephone responses and ability to get the car repaired. Paul made what could have been an ugly experience a completely pleasant and assuring one. He should be made head service manager. Great guy, thanks Paul. more

I recently took my Fusion in for service at Huntersville Ford and just had to write about the experience I had. The customer service was by far the best I have received from any other dealership I've been to. They went above and beyond to take care of what I came in for. They had me out in less time than they had originally thought, which was very nice. And they added Wi-Fi, so I was able to work while I waited. They also let me know about a couple items I needed to take care of that didn't even cross my mind. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they took the time to look over my vehicle and pay attention to what I had overlooked. I will continue to go to Huntersville Ford for service and will definately consider them when I'm looking to get another vehicle. All I can say is GREAT JOB! more

Top notch dealership 5/3/2011

This dealership is top notch. The sales department was not pushy and was easy to deal with. When I'm in the market again for a new car it will be the dealership I choose. I've also used there service department which has been fantastic. They are quick but detailed in everything they do. more

Fixed the problem right away 4/29/2011

Great Service!!! Had my truck to two different shops and they could not fix it . Brought it to Huntersville Ford and they found the problem right away and didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Good honest people. TAKE YOUR DIESEL TRUCK TO THESE GUYS!! more

I have always had all of my vehicles serviced at Huntersville Ford since I have lived in NC. (6 years) They have always been very reasonably priced, vehicle is always done when promised, and they have only recommended items to me that are needed to keep my vehicle in great working condition. I will continue to go to this dealership to get my vehicles serviced!! more

Bought several vehicles personally and for my company and have nothing but great things to say about Chris in finance and Thomas the Sales Manager. While my original salesperson has retired my new go to guy is Jeramie and he is great to deal with. As a local business owner I think that sometimes people only take time to leave feedback on negative experiences so in this case I would like to say thanks to all at Huntersville Ford and keep up the great work. more

I would absolutely recommend Huntersville Ford to any woman in the car market. I was treated pleasantly with respect, I found my salesperson, Jason to be well educated on my product questions and the finance manager, Kim was forward, truthful and explained all my options thoroughly. I feel like I got a fair deal but more importantly I feel like they cared to sell me a car, not like those big warehouse stores who don't remember your name. Again, I absolutely recommend this dealership if you want to be treated like an educated consumer. more
