Paul Adamski the assistant service manager, was so helpful and kind when my Aviator was towed from Virgina (150 miles) to his lot. He truly went above and beyond to get my car in shape so it could be driven back to Miami, Fl. I was truly touched and amazed by his quick telephone responses and ability to get the car repaired. Paul made what could have been an ugly experience a completely pleasant and assuring one. He should be made head service manager. Great guy, thanks Paul.
