I recently took my Fusion in for service at Huntersville Ford and just had to write about the experience I had. The customer service was by far the best I have received from any other dealership I've been to. They went above and beyond to take care of what I came in for. They had me out in less time than they had originally thought, which was very nice. And they added Wi-Fi, so I was able to work while I waited. They also let me know about a couple items I needed to take care of that didn't even cross my mind. I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they took the time to look over my vehicle and pay attention to what I had overlooked. I will continue to go to Huntersville Ford for service and will definately consider them when I'm looking to get another vehicle. All I can say is GREAT JOB!
