We had Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. do our roof and back door. I thought when they did the roof they did a really good job and it turned out really well. They just did the back door more recently and they did a fine job on that too. I like the workers, especially the one that did the door. But I like them both. There is one issue for the next time they're here: the flashing needs to be trimmed. It's an extremely minor issue. It's mostly aesthetic. The job was done right. I just like that they seem to hire local people. Especially on the door, it seemed like they tried to get someone from around here, which is nice. I didn't get any weird vibes or anything. They just seemed like honest people. more

Like any company I was skeptical on my decision... seemed too good to be true. I've been scammed before and didn't want to get my hopes up again. Especially when it comes to my home, I take pride in where I live... so whoever is doing work on my home has to be top notch, high quality and overall a genuine company. When a canvasser mentioned they were Diamond Certified they had my attention right away and I listened to their great pitch then I made a decision to invest into SOLAR. Being DC means a lot to me and hearing that they were for 6 consecutive years just assured that I picked the right contractor for my project. more

Wonderful introduction to the system, ease of scheduling and job was done in a very satisfactorily manner and in very good time and the guys were very polite and treated my home and property with much respect. I recommend this company and these workers to anybody out there looking for a real trusted and respectful company. more

We got a great new kitchen and we love it! 6/26/2013

we really needed to get our kitchen remodeled and our previous contractor couldn't work with our schedule at the time and we put the project off and our cousin told us about Quality First and we had them come over and we got a free estimate the rest is history. No regrets on our choice and I am happy with the job I think I might actually cook for fun just to use my new kitchen! more

Our concrete was in poor shape and we didn't think it needed any attention for awhile... until one of Quality First's canvassers came to our door and pointed it out. It was enough to set up a free estimate and the next day a sales man came over and discussed prices, the product and why we should replace our old concrete (it was worse than we thought) They did what they said and we were happy start to finish and no complaints, perfect job and we love our stamped concrete. I hope they get a location in southern california so they can remodel our summer home in Carson City :) more

Everyone from Quality First that I have met have been very personable and easy to talk with, with from the salesman, to the crew removing the old shingles, to the crew installing the new. more

A real quality job on my home 6/13/2013

Quality First Home Improvement was wonderful. They arrived and within a few hours they had all the old siding off. They worked really hard and fast and they worked and putting things back. The repairs were great and you couldn't have asked for a better crew. They didn't stand around and talk, they worked every single minute they were here. more

Quality First Home Improvement - success! 4/23/2013

They did a great job with my new roof, it was long overdue to be redone. They called and we set up an estimate and we went for it! Showed up on time and kept in contact with my wife and I through the whole project. After install they showed us the new roof and explained how the GAF lifetime warranty would come in the mail soon with all the information we need. Quality First did a great job and I would recommend them to all my friends and family in need of home improvement. more

Great work 4/17/2013

Quality First Home Improvement was excellent-called before they arrived and came on time. We had cooling wall paint put on and some window work done. They did a good job patching cracks and seams so once the paint was on you couldn't see them. The workers were neat and respectful and did an excellent job. more

I have been a customer of Quality First Home Improvement for about 1 1/2 years and they have done several projects for me. They have replaced the windows in my house, painted the outside of the house, and I just had my kitchen remodeled with new granite counter tops put in. It's beautiful. I haven't had any problems with them and they do excellent work. They are quite prompt, follow-up with what they say they will do, and if there are any glitches they come to fix them. more

They sent someone to come give us a quote and go over options. We decided to go with them, so we set a time. They came and installed the roof and got it done in a week. We haven't had any problems since. more

I have been working here for about three months now and I love it, I was given a great opportunity and can't thank the owners here enough. I love my job, I make it fun and always have a positive attitude. My mom has had patio cover, concrete, bathroom remodeled and solar panels all installed by Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. I have seen them work on some of those projects years back and still to this day the jobs still look great. No complaints on her side and I know she would call Quality First Home Improvement for any job that she needs in the future. I feel honored to be apart of such a great Christian based company! I can't wait for the plans God has for myself and this optimistic company. :) more
