Experience was as I expected with job being completed in a timely manner and worker very professional. 1/21/2014

With just a couple of details to be done and considering the VERY cold weather in which the work was completed in, I was satisfied with the overall professional job done. The workers always called and were at the site when they said they would be here. Great job! more

I was upset. Windows were built wrong. Three attempts to install. 1/14/2014

The crew should be careful about tracking adhesives around the work area. Both times, I had to clean up tar and adhesives. more

Workmanship is excellent. The work site was kept clean at all times. The finished product is beautiful and finishes off the lock of the existing deck. The views of the mountains were not obstructed and now we can enjoy them. more

Thorough and got everything done on time. 1/2/2014

With Quality First Home Improvement, we had painting and one window done. They did a very good job. They protected everything that wasn't being painted, and they went over it multiple times with us present to make sure there were no spots missed. A breeze came up one afternoon, and they put plastic on the neighbor's house to make sure she didn't get any spray over there. more

We recommend them to everybody when they ask where we got our siding. 12/26/2013

We had two crews from Quality First Home Improvement. The first crew we had was really bad. We called the key person and said this first group was not acceptable, because there were just too many things that they did wrong. The siding was falling off in the winter, as was the part under the eaves. But we can forget all of that because the second crew was OUTSTANDING. Quality First absolutely redeemed themselves by sending out another crew that worked quickly and nonstop. They didn't run in and out of the house to use the bathroom all day long like the first. They fixed everything, apologized for the trouble, and did WONDERFUL work. It was such a huge and appreciated turnaround that we would still recommend them to anyone. more

Don't give them a chance to get in your door. Don't give them a phone number or the calls will never end. The salesman was an hour late, said he had a death in the family. He tried to sell me a 3 inch deep drive way, but didn't know what 6-6-10 wire was.They pitched a ""superior product"", at 3 times the going rate. After reading all the bad reviews I asked them to stop calling. Guess what. They are still calling. more

I was very happy with Quality First Home Improvement, Inc. They showed up a little early, and they got right to work. They didn't stand around or anything. They got right to business, and they made sure everything was kosher with me before they left. I was very happy they cleaned up after themselves. They installed windows for me, and the work turned out great. It was my first time using them, and I've already recommended them to my neighbor across the street. He watched when they did the work. I would say you should get them. In fact, I'm having them come back to put in another window and a sliding glass door! more

I was very pleased with the overall experience of having two large windows replaced in my home. 12/7/2013

The team who came to my home were friendly and professional. I was very impressed that they laid down protective covering on my wood floor before beginning the replacement of my window. They also did clean up. Thank you. They were very efficient in replacing the windows and also took the time to answer my questions. more

Company was flexible in setting an installation time. Workers were prompt and efficient. Only criticism had was that it took several weeks to get contacted by Deno's Gutters. more
