The original job Quality First Home Improvement did gets a zero. I called to complain and got no response. Finally, a new person from the company, came out, looked at the job, and shook his head. He said "we'll take care of it" and a month or two later, he came back with a crew and did a fantastic job. Very pleased with it now--with the new job.
