When Steve originally came out he sold me on what I thought would be my dream patio cover. All the construction crews were very polite and professional. The problem was that as the job progressed I realized that I was not receiving what I had been sold by Steve. We stopped them and started discussing what was going on. In the end after much discussion it comes out that they could not follow through with the agreed upon original discussion because it was not engineered that way. So what could we do we continued to move on. The shape was supposed to mirror the shape and curve of our patio, it absolutely does not. In the end I just feel screwed and like once I get this job paid off I am going to have to repay someone else to come in and give me what I actually want. I would not recommend them to any of my friends if anything I would give a cautionary tale to stay away. Maybe when the time comes I will recommend the guys I have to have come in and fix it. I was sold on an overall quality first company and that is not what I received.
