I called with a problem, Ray Ann asked me a series of questions, and decided I had done all I could to solve my issue. She then proceeded to check with her staff to see if anyone could come to my assistance, and she found someone who could and he was there within an hour. He did an analysis and explained the cost and what he would do to fix my problem. Everything was done, quickly, and efficiently. Thank you!
