Well done, everyone! Now when it’s finally over I just want to thank Principle Moving for being professional and understanding all the way. I recommend this company based on two day move experience with their crew and management. Efficient laborers and excellent customer support never kept me waiting or complaining. My instructions were followed and supervision accepted in a very polite and friendly manner. I have no damages to report or concerns with the final charges. I’ve been moving my office a lot during my career and this is the best moving experience I had so far. Thank you. more

First let me say this move was almost a year ago and I am still furious about it. We moved the end of last march. After looking around and getting a lot of different quotes they were the most reasonable (now I know y.) and oddly enought had the best reviews. The lady that handles getting you ready for the move is very nice and helpful. The date and time we had wanted was already takin so she gave a different time for a different day that worked. They were supposed to be there on a Sunday between I think 2 and 4. They showed up right at 4. Only took them about 2 hrs to move it all on the truck. They were not the nicest of guys to deal with. The one couldnt speak any English and the other hardly did at all. We got past that. When it came to signing the paper he rushed me thru it and didn't let me really read anything. Knowing that the drive was going to be 4.5 to a 5hr drive they still booked it late. When I spoke to the lady and even on their website they recommend that you label all your boxes so when they get to the other place they can put stuff in the designated rooms. Ha yea right. and that whatever they took apart would be put back together. Only thing they took part was a toddler bed and the washer dryer. That of course did not get done. They did not get to our new home till around 12 am. Yea really late. Since I still had cleaning and a lil one I stayed behind and told my husband what to tell them about where stuff was going to go. They called me on the way to ask if I could give them half of our total to them in cash so they could have cash for gas and food. They were short and hung up on me while talking to each other. This seemed a little weird but went ahead and told my husband. Once they arrived at our place they asked my husband to get in the back of the truck and push stuff forward and help them get boxes. Pretty sure that's what we were paying them for. When my husband was telling them were everything was to go the laughed and turned and walked away from him without giving him a chance to finish. My husband still tipped them and they were not appreciative at all. They still finished within 2 hrs or less and you could defiantly tell. They didn't even lay the matress down in the matress room so my husband had a place to sleep. He had to move boxes and make a place to lay the matress down. Once I got there on Monday there was a mountain of boxes in the living room. A good 6 to 6.5 feet high. There were just boxes placed everywhere. The couch was laying on top of each other nthe kitchen stuff was in the bedrooms. The bedroom stuff everywhere. It took me a long time to find all of our belongings. But to top it all of when they took apart my sons bed they put the screws in their pockets. So when I went to put the bed together I couldn't and that was the first thing that needed to be done. I called and spoke to when I guess was the owner. He was rude but had the screws on his desk so he said he would send them right away. Still took a good 3 to 4 days to get bc he sent them in the freakin mail. Would of made more sense to FedEx them or at least overnight them since they were for a child's bed. So my son slept on his matress in the floor for almost a week. Then I start looking at everything else. They scratched up our dining room set and even had large chips in it. But since it wasn't more than 20% of the table or chair they are going to give us a whopping $40 to get them fixed. Yea right i don't know in what world that would happen. Our dryer also wasn't working. Took me almost a month to finally get it working again. And other random things were broken even tho on the box it was clearly written FRAGILE!!!!! more

I highly recommend this company. Going through tough times I was prepared for another dose of money loss and frustration with the movers and they proved me wrong. Thank you for the wonderful service! I was worried sick about this move but you guys did a great job and just in time too. I completely skipped disassembling furniture and packing (because of reasons…) and there you were telling me that you do the packing and all was included in the price with free tape and boxes. All I had to do was run around labeling stuff. A boulder off my shoulders and thank you again! more

I always hated moving. Packing, arrangements, stress... I won't say these guys made me fall in love with the thing (it's still hell) but they did make it so much more bearable. First of all they proved to be very flexible and tolerated my date and time changes with no complaint or extra fees. Then I was pleasantly surprised that they brought their own boxes, tape, wrapping blankets etc. Hell, they even unplugged the dishwasher and washing machine for me (not a handyman me). Worked fast, broke nothing, scratched nothing. Didn’t waste time on endless smoke brakes (unlike some I will not name). Tolerated my ramblings about what I want to put where and got things done fast and smooth. And my tip was appreciated rather than demanded. All I can say is that these guys where the only good thing that happened to me during the move. Oh and do they ever leave work? I managed to get assistance over the phone at the office at past 10 pm. Anyway. Give them a call. I highly recommend this company. more

I liked every part of their service. The guy on the phone was very nice and talked to me the five times I called with questions before I finally decided, OK, I'll go with them. The movers came at 8AM, when they were supposed to. They wrapped my furniture and everything and the move took three and a half hours. Paid them and everything was done! more

On the move date they were supposed to be at my house between 3-5 pm, they showed up at 7pm. They quoted me 2 men for 3 hours, and 1 move time, with 26' truck for $265, which sounded like a great deal...right? By the way this was only a 2 bedroom apt move across town (15 min down the road). Well the 3 hours turned in 7 hours. They didn't get done until 2:30 AM. The owner Kent I think that’s what his name was, said that I owned him for 4 extra hours. I told him that is not what I was quoted for and his movers were inexperienced and slow ( they didn’t even get all my stuff because they only stocked the truck 5 feet up, a whole bunch of wasted space. I had to move the rest of stuff myself the next day) He told me if I refuse to pay he will take me to court nice costumer service right? Update: The owner sued me for $400 and claimed that I still owed for gas, and all kinds of other outrageous charges. Thank God for a sensible judge, who could see that his claims crazy. I still had to pay for 2 hours of movers service( crappy service at best). DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.... more

The service was fantastic. The guys managed to move mine and my girlfriend's stuff into an apartment on the fourth floor when the freight elevator was broken. The guys were very kind and respectful. Slav, Mike, and Alex helped me out (I'm pretty sure those were their names), and they were fantastic. Ask for them. They're great guys and they were a huge help. I highly recommend moving with Principle moving. more

First the very friendly customer service rep. quoted me a price which was hundreds of dollars less than the competition, then Mike, Chuck and Rolly show up and move everything fast and also carefully (nothing damaged) and they moved it under the quoted time, great guys, great service : ) Will recommend to everyone i know :) more
