On the move date they were supposed to be at my house between 3-5 pm, they showed up at 7pm. They quoted me 2 men for 3 hours, and 1 move time, with 26' truck for $265, which sounded like a great deal...right? By the way this was only a 2 bedroom apt move across town (15 min down the road). Well the 3 hours turned in 7 hours. They didn't get done until 2:30 AM. The owner Kent I think that’s what his name was, said that I owned him for 4 extra hours. I told him that is not what I was quoted for and his movers were inexperienced and slow ( they didn’t even get all my stuff because they only stocked the truck 5 feet up, a whole bunch of wasted space. I had to move the rest of stuff myself the next day) He told me if I refuse to pay he will take me to court nice costumer service right? Update: The owner sued me for $400 and claimed that I still owed for gas, and all kinds of other outrageous charges. Thank God for a sensible judge, who could see that his claims crazy. I still had to pay for 2 hours of movers service( crappy service at best). DO NOT USE THESE GUYS....
