Poor customer service does not allow for a pleasant evening despite the great view they claim to have. IF you can get out on the deck for dinner, you may enjoy it. However, I am all about customer service, if the service isn't there, I'm not there! We called more than a week in advance to ask about arranging a table for 23 people. They refused to work with us. We were told to send one person in our party 1 hour before we were to arrive. We sent someone 1.5 hours before the rest of the party was to arrive. We were told it would be AT LEAST 2 hours before we could get a table. 12 of the 23 people in our party had a dance to go to, thus being the tight schedule we had which is why we called earlier to plan ahead. They refuse to offer customer service. We ended up going next door, with no call, Texas Land and Cattle. They gave us a private room and said in the future, just call them. They would be more than happy to save the room for us and have the appropriate staff available! Now THAT is customer service. Primo's needs to take lessons from the place next door! I do not recommend Primo's for the view, food or service. You can get the great tastes of Texas Tex-Mex food at many other restaurants! For a fabulous view, go down the street and choose any place at The Harbor!
