Me and my family went to Primos for dinner and our servers name was Scott. He started out calm and took our drink order but soon showed his true colors. When he delivered food the order was wrong and the food was cold. When we asked to fix my grandsons order he said he'd be right back and he'd tell the manager named Sam. He never took care of the food and only returned to give us the check. My grandson never ate his food since it was cold so i didnt leave him a good tip at all because he couldnt even do his job correctly. To top it all off as we were leaving we could hear Mr. Scott making fun of my handicap grandson. MANAGEMENT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO GET RID OF SCOTT.
