Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how goo...

I called in the morning, and they had a technician out to my house later that morning. Brian was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with our plumbing issue. He put in a vent and a line to help solve a venting sink issue. after he put the vent in it solved the noise and the smell issues we were having. He also gave an estimate of some other work I would like to have done. I would highly recommend brian and the company for any kind of plumbing issues or questions. I will be contacting your company again for my plumbing issues or questions. thank you. more

Excellent Same Day Service 1/6/2016

I called Pride Plumbing in the morning and they came out the same day to fix the problem. David provided excellent, professional service. I had a cracked elbow on the 4" storm lateral going through the basement foundation wall. The cracked elbow was on the outside of the wall, so it was not a simple, easy repair job. He explained the posssible solutions and what he was doing every step of the way. If the level of service and professionalism displayed by David is the company standard, I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing. more

Knowledgeable and high-quality service 12/23/2015

I've recommended Pride Plumbing on several occasions. We've worked with them on seven or eight occasions. They are always on time. We've had them do commercial and residential. They've replaced pipes toilets, sink fixtures changed out water main in house. Added in new fixtures -- toilets, sinks, replacing old plumbing and putting in new water lines plumbing in commercial for new spaces expansion. more

Excellent, professional service 11/20/2015

I have an older two-family home that has needed some plumbing repairs and up-grades since I purchased it 2 years ago. Pride Plumbing was recommended to me. I have been extremely pleased with their professionalism, the quality of the work, their thorough explanation of the repair and options, and the details of the cost. I had scheduled plumbing work done today by David Valle. He exemplifies all the qualities I described above and is a credit to the Pride Plumbing Team! great service 10/31/2015

I contacted Pride Plumbing to move emergency shut off valve for new gas oven. The experience was great from the start. The scheduler who answered the phone was polite and answered my questions; when she didn't have the answer she called me back. I was able to schedule my appointment in a timely manner. David V who performed the service, called to let me know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes and he was on time. He was pleasant and explained the service, cost and time frame of repair. When he ran into an unexpected repair he fixed it promptly. He provided information on where to obtain a discount for the visit then applied it to the service call. Very pleased with Pride Plumbing for this service and the service they performed over the years. more

quick service, well-done! 9/23/2015

We are switching from a gas stove to electric in our kitchen, and needed to get the gas line safely capped. David from Pride Plumbing came the same day I called. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He used the same sort of device that RG&E uses to detect gas leakage, to make sure the job was done right. more

Toilet Repairs 9/15/2015

Joe Arena is a funny and patient technician. He was honest with me during the toilet repair service. He mentioned that there is only small valve part to be replaced. However, I asked him to replace the whole pump system and he followed my wish. Also, he agreed to meet the same price that I used your company a few months ago for another bathroom's problem. more

Excellent service 8/24/2015

We have used Pride Plumbing several times and all the service technicians have been great. This time we had Samuel Valle and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and liked our dogs. He took his time to find the source of the problem and fixed it efficiently. I would not hesitate to call Pride Plumbing in the future more

Excellent work 8/22/2015

After two other plumbing companies, my experience with Pride Plumbing was worth having. Mr Sam is a professional plumber and has very good communication skills. He explained the details from start to finish. Sam also suggested some options on how to approach this situation, and that he will take the least expensive way to get the job done. Mr Sam came out the first day and snaked the pipes, and broke thru the build up, next set up a high definition video camera that allows you to see what's going on inside the pipes. I was amazed and learned so much. However the pipe lines was unclogged, now I have water running smoothly. He then came back the next day with his partner (brother) Mr Micheal and used a high pressure water system with a special made valve the breaks up the build up from around the pipes. Now lines are unclogged and im back to normal. Mr. Sam is Pride Plumbing if you ask me. He is a professional/Doctor/ Mechanic of Plumbing. His arau is beautiful, friendly and he is definitely dedicatedto his job because his performance shows. Thank you Mr. Samuel Valle and Pride Plumbing. more

I wouldn't have anyone else! 8/10/2015

Pride Plumbing has always been good. They come very quickly when I have a problem. The price is right; they convinced me a contract would be good, which I wasn't sure about, but it has been well worth it! They've also got a wonderful receptionist, Hope, who is great. Pride Plumbing is doing well as far as I am concerned, I wouldn't have anyone else! more

I have never met a more professional service company. Every person we have dealt with, (whether on the phone or in person) is friendly, on time, committed to their job and gets the job done right, at a reasonable price with extreme respect to the homeowner in cleanliness and courtesy like I have never seen before. We feel very fortunate to meet and have David, (and Michael as his apprentice), at our home doing a VERY extensive job that went on for over a week. The owner of Pride Plumbing, Ross, whom we also met, has got to be not only one of the nicest people we've met, but one of the fairest. I would request David on our next plumbing issue and highly recommend this great company. I can't say enough good things!! more

Dave provided great service in a timely and cost effective way. He replaced my broken shower valve using parts available on his truck during a Saturday service call. He insured that I was given an appropriate discount and I would use Pride Plumbing again. more

Sewer system replacement 6/12/2015

We live in a 120-year old city home which had an old sewer system that connected out the rear of our house to the street behind us. We needed to replace all of the system in our basement as well as installation of a new lateral connecting to the main in the street in front or our house. We also had a new water service installed as part of the process, since our old system was not delivering enough volume. The team from Pride Plumbing explained the process to us thoroughly for each step of the work and everything went as they explained. The new system involved hanging the plumbing and running everything from the back of the house up to the front. The work looked good and performed well. We are extremely happy with the professionalism and the quality of the work. We have been customers of Pride Plumbing for several years and recommend them highly. more
