Cost me $59.00 to find out plumber wanted $1600 plus to purchase and install 2 toilets. Went to home depot and got good 2 Kohler Cimarron installed $749.01. Don't know how goo...

Excellent Service 10/31/2016

I have used Pride Plumbing in the past and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. From the initial phone call, customer service is awesome and that's something you don't always find these days. I had a hot water heater replaced today and Keith and Tyler did the job neatly and quickly. After installation Keith explained the differences between the new one and my old one and showed me how to restart the pilot if it ever went out. Also great that they use quality products made in the USA and they have coupons which helps with the cost and that service calls are only $30. Great job! more

Professionally Amazing 10/23/2016

We came home to find 10 inches of water in our basement and more cascading in on our return from a weekend getaway. We called Pride Plumbing and within an hour, Steve Clark, arrived to save the day in true super-hero fashion! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, kind and reassuring. He found the problem quickly, fixed it, and even recommended a top notch remediation firm. Couldn't ask for better! Very highly recommend!! more

We recently moved to Pittsford after living in NJ for more than 60 years (wife) and 46 for me at the end of July. Moving into a situation where we needed to rely on others for advice can be complex. In this process we were referred to Pride by our real estate professional. After contacting Pride, David V. was designated as our Senior Plumbing Technician. There was no doubt in our minds as to his knowledge and expertise level. He properly suggested three resolutions to our immediate problem and installed the option that we suggested. He was pleasant, worked at an appropriate pace and did a wonderful job in replacing our toilet. We will certainly be using Pride and David V. for our future plumbing needs. more

Five stars for David V. 10/20/2016

David V. our plumber today was knowledgeable and did his work with years of experience. He completed our laundry list of To Do's: fixing the leak under the kitchen sink as well as installing a new faucet, installing a new home dishwasher and fixing the garden hose faucet outside. He is everything a good plumber should be and quick, quick. His customer service skills were polished and sincere eager to please with joy. I called to replace my hot water heater and was happy with the service. David V arrived and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time and repaired a couple of corroded copper pipes for me as well. He was courteous and did a great clean-up. more

Job well done1 10/6/2016

On this past Monday Joe A. of Pride Plumbing came to our home because we needed to replace our old kitchen faucet. Joe spent a great deal of time explaining all the different faucets that he had available and was very knowledgeable during the time he was at our house. We are very pleased with our new faucet and will definately use Pride Plumbing in the future. Joe did a good job and was a pleasure working with him. more

Fantastic experience 9/29/2016

Once again Pride Plumbing came through in every aspect of my plumbing job. From first phone contact, through the discussion of my options (with no pressure and all the information I needed to make an educated decision), to the installation of my new tankless hot water heater and clean up, this was a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Quality service! 9/3/2016

Our family has used Pride Plumbing on several occasions, and most recently today - we had an emergency with a broken piece of water line to one of our toilets' tank. Pride dispatched Sam who quickly was able to assess what was needed and to complete the repair. He was professional, courteous, and personable and was fantastic to work with. My persnickety mother also appreciated the respect that was paid to her home by Sam's wearing of the disposable shoe covers and of his patience with answering her numerous questions. Excellent experience 8/30/2016

I was referred to Pride Plumbing by a friend and have used them twice for issues with my water heater, and am extremely pleased. The technician was extremely friendly and efficient and answered all of my questions with patience. They also have on-line coupons, which helps with the cost. Honest Plumber 8/25/2016

Pride Plumbing of Rochester was great. They came out the same day I called (even thought it was not an emergency) Kevin was the technician and he was awesome. The service call was only $30. He provided an estimate on the spot. He was kind, courteous, gave an explanation for what he recommend be done, etc. Price was right, service was great. I have a new plumber! Installation of two water heaters - great service! 8/15/2016

I had two new gas water heaters installed today. The service was great - timely, professional and fairly priced. Very happy with Pride Plumbing! 8/11/2016

Keith Smith came out to our house to fix a plumbing problem which he fixed immediately. He also informed us of the features of the new toilets. We decided to replace the toilet with a new one which he had delivered and installed that afternoon. We were very happy with our experience and service from Pride Plumbing. Pride Plumbing makes life easier! 7/5/2016

On TR,6/23/16, Sam V., from Pride Plumbing came to our home and fixed a problem with our kitchen sink & a leaking toilet. Sam called first, showed up when he said he would & did the work in a very professional manner. On TR 6/30, the toilet was leaking again & we had water in the basement. I left a message on Pride's voice mail & the owner actually called us back. Sam came out again, diagnosed the problem quickly, (faulty part) and fixed it quickly FOR FREE! This says to me that Pride Plumbing stands behind their work and has a customer first attitude. Also, no-one wants to have a plumbing problem, but Sam is an absolute pleasure to have in your home, he is very courteous and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Pride Plumbing & I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have any more plumbing problems for awhile!) more
