I called Pride Plumbing in the morning and they came out the same day to fix the problem. David provided excellent, professional service. I had a cracked elbow on the 4" storm lateral going through the basement foundation wall. The cracked elbow was on the outside of the wall, so it was not a simple, easy repair job. He explained the posssible solutions and what he was doing every step of the way. If the level of service and professionalism displayed by David is the company standard, I would highly recommend Pride Plumbing.
