Relieved! 12/13/2013

We called Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling when our heat wasn't working the day before Thanksgiving. We had a great experience with them. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable. He took his time to fix the issue. He came on time when he said he was going to be there. Everything works fine now! I was really relieved because we were having a big party the next day, and we wanted to make sure we had a comfortable house. They didn't overcharge me like other services have in the past. I would say you should use them. As far as their pricing goes, I would say their price is lower than places I have dealt with before. They have fast service and professional staff. more

I got great customer! 12/9/2013

My furnace stopped working, so I called Prestige at 8 at night. I talked with Tim and he spent about half an hour with me troubleshooting the furnace. After the troubleshooting didn't work, he setup an appointment for the next morning to repair it since he couldn't come out that night. Tim showed up in the morning, fixed it, and it works wonderfully now. more

Good, professional service 12/6/2013

We've been using Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling for at least two years. They replaced our hot water heater, worked on our sink disposal and then recently replaced our ejector pit pump. They did good work on all three. They're professional and knowledgeable. They're prompt about setting up an appointment. I didn't have to wait a long time to have them do the work. more

Extremely happy 12/4/2013

My shower was leaking that day after Thanksgiving so I called Prestige Plumbing and he showed up at the time he said he would. He came in, put on booties to cover his feet, and he went to work. Got it done and the bill wasn't bad at all. more

Very timely, quick to get things done, and polite. 10/22/2013

We had two experiences with Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling. For the first, a plumber came out very quickly to fix something in our toilet, replace a sink drain, and put a cartridge in the shower. He was done in a flash! That was really nice. Then a furnace guy came out to replace ours completely. He did very clean work. more

Not great communication but excellent technical work 10/21/2013

The technical part was excellent. Everything was done as promised. However, Prestige did not keep in contact with me after the status of the preparations. They did not tell me when they ordered the parts or when they would be coming. I would have to call them first and that was disappointing. Other than that, there was nothing wrong with the work they did. more

Very reliable, trustworthy, and professional. 10/16/2013

We called Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling to take a look at our sub pump. The gentleman came out and explained all the different battery backups on pump systems we might consider and what everything does, and then recommended one that fit our needs. He was very professional. He came in the house and put on booties on his shoes so he wasn't tracking anything in. He left us with all the information. Before he came he called to tell us when the appointment would be and then arrived before scheduled, which was nice. He completed the work efficiently and neatly and was very helpful. Originally we had just wanted to get a battery backup for our sub pump, but while he was here we decided to have the sub pump replaced as well, so he did both of those things. They were recommended to us by a neighbor. You can trust them. It's really hard to find good people to work for you. They were professional the whole time. They had a nice truck and uniforms, and even when he took out the old sub pump he didn't drag it through the house. more

Prestige Plumbing Heating and Cooling replaced our heating and air conditioning unit. The installation went smoothly. We had worked with them before and they had given us good service in the past. They are very competent and capable and I would recommend them. more

Great service 9/3/2013

I have used Prestige several times for plumbing services and have found them to be not only be very price competitive, but they also provided great and prompt service with true professionalism. My only regret is that I didn't realize they also provided heating and air conditioning maintenance and installations. I will use them again for any of the services they provide and would recommend them to anyone else in the area. more

Air Conditioning repair 7/28/2013

Our 21 year old air conditioner was not working well. We called Prestige Plumbing and their repair man came out that day. We explained that we did not have the money to replace it at this time and if it could be fixed, that is what we wanted to do. They went over the entire unit inside and outside our home. They were able to fix the unit, and explained everything that was wrong with it. They sent us a written quote to have our old unit replaced when we were ready. The quote included different efficiency models and the cost to do the each separately or joint. There was no high pressure sale, and they gladly fixed our old unit. Because of their professionalism, we signed up for their tri-annual service agreement which was very reasonable. This will enable us to keep the air conditioner and furnace until we are able to replace it. We are past plumbing customers and will continue to use Prestige Plumbing for all our plumbing, heating and air-conditioning needs! more

Good, fair job. I didn't appreciate the scare tactics though. 7/22/2013

I thought that Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling did a good job at a fair price. They gave me the best price of anyone I contacted. The problem I had was I got the hard sell as soon as I walked through the door. They told me I needed all this stuff, and they'd be glad to put it in for me. The man selling made it sound like my house was going to burn down if I didn't replace parts of my AC, which is a fine unit and not in need of that much repair. He also tried to sell me a maintenance plan for the whole year, even though nobody else has ever said that my equipment is damaged when they've looked at it. I feel like Prestige always tries to sell me things and services I don't need when I just want some cleaning or other work done. Other than that, I'm satisfied. more

I called them for a quote, and they were able to come out the same day to provide a quote. He advised me that he would be available to do the work as soon as the next day. I called him back the next day and he was able to install it immediately. more

Prestige Plumbing Heating and Cooling is great. I was getting ready to go out of town and I walked in the house and my water heater was leaking on the fall. I called them on a Friday evening and they came to my door with a new water heater Saturday morning. We were having people over so it was great how quickly they got the work done. more

Our sub-pump failed during a heavy rainfall incident. Our basement flooded so we had to call them quickly to come out and change it. They responded almost immediately and got the job done. We used them before also and had another good experience. more
