Prestige Plumbing is really terrific. I had an emergency, water was leaking in my basement. They came out the next morning and replaced the sump pump. It was wonderful! They work so quickly and professionally. I could see it was working too, because it pumps out the water in front of your eyes. Prestige Plumbing is great. They are very knowledgeable about everything in this area. I will definitely use them again! more

Prompt, timely and neat! 7/20/2011

Prestige Plumbing arrived on time, finished their work in the amount of time they had estimated and they were very neat while they worked and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced my water heater and took away the old one. I'd highly recommend their services to anybody and use them again in the future. more

I'm in my late 70's, so I get help with everything, and my children are the ones who contacted Prestige Plumbing for me. They did a very good job, and I have no complaints about the workmen as well. It was just great! It's done, and fixed, and everything was fine. A. Hill more

Prestige Plumbing replaced my water heater. I found them on the internet, and decided to use them because they were the least expensive. They did a good job, and they were fast. The water heater has a 12 year warranty, so hopefully I won't need to use their services again soon, but if I need plumbing work done, I would call on Prestige again. Rod Alex more

I'd give Mike and Tim at Prestige Plumbing all 5's. I called them up, and Mike was the one that took the call. He explained in detail the cost and everything and he told me what was going to take place. I'm happy with the fact that we got the same type of water tank that we originally had. Although the price was a little high, I accepted that, because I got a $100 discount from finding them on the internet, so I overall I was happy with that. more

They came late, but they knew everything I wanted and answered all my questions. 5/16/2011

My experience with Prestige Plumbing was that I was supposed to be their first appointment of the day. Their first appointment was for 8:30, but they didn't get here until 9:20 or so. It was a work day for me too, so I missed many hours of work. Otherwise, it was great. They're good! They knew everything that I wanted, and they could answer all my questions. I would recommend them. more

I finally found a company that comes on time. 4/25/2011

Prestige Plumbing replaced my hot water heater, and so far it is working well. They are very congenial on the phone, and the installation process was very quick. They were efficient. The one thing that really stood out about them is that they were timely. I am so accustom to getting a time frame from 12 to 4 and then having the company show up at 4:30. Prestige Plumbing gave me that time frame and not only met the time frame, but showed up earlier within the time frame as well. I didn't have to wait around for them. more

Prestige Plumbing is professional and knowledgeable. 4/22/2011

Prestige Plumbing did a great job. I'm a retired Union Electrician, so I appreciate good work when I get it. They were prompt, and gave me a call before the arrived with a small window of when they'd arrive, which they made. They got right to work. They took out the old water heater and as they hauled that away, they started installing the new one. They were very efficient and professional. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area, swept and took the old heater with them. They were great, they stuck to the pricing they quoted me, so there were no hidden costs. I would recommend them, and I even took some extra cards to give out. more

Made a mistake on our plumbing job abd refused to correct it without more pay. 3/24/2011

We had two plumbers come to our house to install some valves. We were told which walls we were going to have the items placed on, but little else. When we went to look at the work, we realized that one of the faucets was very high up on our wall. I have to reach up to even turn the water on. I called them and asked them to come out to move the valve to a reasonable location, and they refused. In fact, they lied and said that they went through every detail of this with us ahead of time, which is simply untrue. They maintained that if the valves work, there is no problem. Clearly, people want their fixture placement to look attractive, not just function. I then called another plumber to come make the valve placement look reasonable, which he did in under 30 minutes. We spent a fortune on this plumber and had to re-do their work with another company. RESPONSE FROM Prestige Plumbing: Mr. Leubner, I hate to hear that you are dissatisfied with the location of your valves and our response. When our customers are not satisfied, I am not satisfied. After 22 years we had hoped that by giving our customers a walk thru upon completion and having them sign an acceptance of work performed statement on our invoice that we could eliminate any discrepancy. Apparently, we have more work to do on that front. Meanwhile, we appreciate your business and dont want to lose you as a customer. Please send me a copy of the other plumbers invoice and I will send you a check for that amount. Happy Customers Guaranteed! more

I called Prestige Plumbing because I definitely had a problem with the internal workings of our pump system. They came out, offered me a price, which they were good for, and then they got started on the project. I thought they did a find job. It's working just fine now. more

I had an emergency, a pipe had broken and water was leaking into my basement. I didn't know who to call. I gave Prestige Plumbing a call, and thank heavens, a couple hours later, they showed up and took care of the issue for me. I didn't have to worry about any more water getting into my basement. I really was very pleased with their promptness and ability to solve the issue so quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled with their courteous service and the rates are very acceptable. I highly recommend their services. And you betcha, I'll be using them again! more

When our water heater went out, we were frantic. We called a few companies, but nobody could see us in a timely manner. Luckily, Prestige Plumbing was able to schedule a time to see us on that same day. We were saved! They also offered really reasonable pricing. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were friendly and did a really good job. We would definitely use them again. I highly recommend their services. more

Quality work with scheduling you can count on. 2/14/2011

I have used several other plumbers in several different cities where I used to live, and when I move somewhere new I usually use several plumbers before I find one I like. I have come to find that Prestige Plumbing is very prompt. They are here when they say they are going to be here, and they call ahead of time to give me notice that they are on their way. When they are at my house, they don't waste any time. They get the job done, and they are in and out. I will say that their prices might be a little higher than other places I have used, but I decided it was worth it for me because I can count on them coming when they say. Also, with Prestige Plumbing, the prices are set. They don't come back with two different prices for the same job. They will show you in their book exactly what the price is for each project. The other think I really like about them happened with my first experience using them. It was an emergency situation, and I had to shut my water off. I have little children, so it was important to get the water back on. At first he said he would be there in several hours, but when I explained the situation and that I have small kids, he was here within half an hour. He really cared about our needs on a Saturday morning. I have been using Prestige Plumbing for a year to a year and a half. The quality has been perfect. I have never had to call them back for the same problem. more

Prompt and helpful. 1/18/2011

Plumbing issues can be very upsetting, because the lose of property, and my sump pump quit on me. We had flooding in the basement. Prestige Plumbing was prompt in their response to me, and they were very helpful. They were honest with me. It was my first time using them, and so far everything has been good. I would highly recommend them. more

I had called Prestige Plumbing early one morning because I had a plumbing problem. They asked what the problem was, I described it, and they said they would come out between 1:00 and 4:00 to take care of it. The technician got her about 4:00 and he got everything taken care of. And, everything is now working fine. They were very easy to work with. They explained exactly what they would do and how much it would cost before they started, and I told them to proceed. more

Prestige Plumbing gave me a time, and they were there within the time frame they said. They were very courteous; they put slippers on their shoes so that they kept my house clean. They were quick. They fixed it within half an hour. It was my first time using them, and they replaced a pipe that had a bad fitting going to my sub pump. Prestige Plumbing did a good job. more

I called Prestige Plumbing in the morning and they were able to make it out the same day. They showed up exactly when I asked, and they installed a new 50 gallon water heater in about 40 minutes. My experience with Prestige Plumbing was fantastic. They did a great job. They were incredibly professional. They even brought drop-cloths, so they would not make a mess. They removed my water heater and installed a new one without any problems. The water could be hotter, but they showed me the module to adjust the temperature. These days, customer service is the exception rather than the rule, but Prestige Plumbing was outstanding. more
