Not being a Plumber myself I can only trust what I am told by a plumbing service. My complaint when I requested services was that my water smelled of sulfer content and I had no idea of steps to resolve......There was no testing, or checking the water with what I was experiencing but just suggestion of replacing parts, which could be just a bandaid or a full replacement of a water heater.... to be safe I choose the replacement of the water heater...problem is my water still smells like sulfer, so I overspent a replacement that didn't even fix the problem. I have never heard of Prestige before, just by google and they came with a good rating with the BBB...so I thought I was safe......conclusion is I am not happy with the service and will not recommend them to anyone.....
