Very professional courtreous pleasanrt did task in reason able amt of time 8/23/2012

I had a backup system not working properly so I had Prestige come in and correct it. Some creative thinking had to take place, the route out was buried behind a wall. With their creative thinking they resolved the situation and cleared the area of concern. While they were here, I saw they had a hot water heater they were delivering to another client. So while they were here I had them put that in and they went back and got another one for the next client. Everything turned out working excellent. They were very professional, did a nice job, didn't make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. more

Everything turned out great 8/22/2012

We had 2 water heaters installed by Prestige Plumbing because we had some leakage. They arrived promptly, and called and let us know when they would be here. So far everything turned out great, they were quick and convenient. more

Prestige Plumbing installed the water in half an hour which was great, but they created another problem which they were not willing to resolve. 7/26/2012

Prestige Plumbing installed our water heater in about 30 minutes. While they were draining the old water heater in the drain by our heater they ran into a problem. They drained a but of sediment filled water into the drain creating or contributing to a clogged drain letting me know there was now a problem, but they made no effort to correct the problem they contributed to or created. They left after finishing the job and were unwilling to correct the problem without asking me the customer who watched them do the job to pay for it and basically told me who had not had a problem with the drain they I was mistaken. It was already clogged prior to their work. I have never had a problem with the drain in the 6 years I have owned to property and our air conditioner drains enough water to fill the drain every 90 minutes. So I will not be having Prestige come out to do any more work in the future. more

Prestige Plumbing replaced a water heater in my house. They were very quick, professional, and clean. They did a very good job. I was very pleased with them. When they left they thanked me for my business and shook my hand. What more can you ask for? more

Very pleased we got it done efficiently! 7/13/2012

The person from Prestige Plumbing came in and got the job done quickly. He checked on the warranty for me, and it was under warranty, so I was pleased with that. Prestige Plumbing took out my old water heater out. I was going to call him today--the water pressure in the sinks is half of what it used to be. Really good experience! 2/17/2012

I called Prestige Plumbing and the owner Tim answered the phone. He was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me a fair price. They were even able to come out that same day. And he even carried the top name brand water heaters, which is what I wanted. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely use them again. more

I would have to say from the moment I called Prestige Plumbing, to the end of the job, they were so good. They had quick response, they worked quickly, efficiently and quietly. Water Heater Wonder! 1/10/2012

After our winter vacation we came home to a leaking water heater. It was 11 years old and needed to be replaced. I started my research by calling a few places people had recommended to me and there prices seemed to high. I did a quick google search and found Prestige Plumbing. I called and got a quick estimate and was told that the price was final there would be no ups or extras they guaranteed. I signed them up for 10AM the next day. I received a call the following day at 9:45AM and they were on their way arriving shortly after 10AM and finished by 11AM. Perfect job and great service people. more

Their price was good and fair. They performed service with a smile. I am going to call them again to do plumbing work after the first of the new year. more

Prestige Plumbing turned out to be a little more expensive than I thought they'd be. But, they did a good job fixing my shower and kitchen faucets. I'd use them again. I really liked their truck. more

Prestige Plumbing was very professional, efficient, and they did a super job. We wanted to replace the hot water heater, and they were able to get out here in a timely manner. Two of them came out, and they were very efficient. One did one thing, while the other one did something else, and in less than 2 hours they were in and out. I actually just watched the neighbors getting their water heater replaced and it took them almost 4 hours, so my guys were fast! I would recommend them to anybody, and if I needed any service like that, I would go back to them. more

The people at Prestige Plumbing were very courteous, appreciative, and professional! They came in and did the job, which was done all right. Prestige Plumbing replaced a hot water heater for us. We had shopped around quite a bit, but Prestige Plumbing was courteous and professional, like I said. They were also timely, and also appreciated the fact that we had run out of hot water. They came out, and were done and out. We had a coupon, and Prestige Plumbing was located close to us. They came out right away. I can't say anything against them! more

I was looking for someone to be able to get to the phone, and I needed them to charge me close to what the estimate was that they would give me over the phone, and Prestige Plumbing came through. They came in very close to what the phone estimate was, and that mattered to me. more

Great! 9/19/2011

I had to call Prestige Plumbing because or main floor drain was backed up. I happened to have an air conditioning company that was checking our air conditioner and they told me that it was blocked. I went online to look up a plumber because I didn't know of anybody to call. I went to Prestige Plumbing's website and went with them based on what I saw there, such as their Better Business Bureau recommendation. They were able to come in 4 hours, so that was very quick. They took care of the problem, gave some pointers and other information, and then left. They were great! Would call again in a heartbeat!! 9/2/2011

I needed a new hot water heater before I had any problems with mine. My house is ten years old. The builder built all the houses at the same time and a lot of people replaced theirs two years ago. I didn't want water all over the place so I looked through the phone book. I called Prestige Plumbing and two other places. The price was in line with this other fellow. I was going to hire the other fellow because I liked the way he talked. However, I asked if he had an office close by, but he said he worked out of his house. So I talked to Prestige Plumbing since they had already given me a price, and they said they could come out tomorrow. He called me and was right on the button, arrived a few minutes after ten, and 1 2 3, it was very neat. VERY neat! I'm a very fussy person. Prestige Plumbing was very professional, very clean and neat, and did a really nice job. The owner and Mike were very very good. I'm very happy with them. I took them over to my neighbor's house when they were here, and he hired them too. I talked to another person at the pool about Prestige Plumbing yesterday. I would call Prestige Plumbing in a heartbeat for anything in that line of work. The water heater that they installed for me is one of the best on the market and it was made in the United States. The day after they installed my water heater, I called them again to ask about the price of water softeners! more
