They will lie to you 8/15/2017

Bought a used Audi TT from them promised everything worked fine over the phone before i drove 3 1/2 hours took look at it. on the drive home the engine light came on and the a/c barely worked called them and they said take it to an Audi dealership and we will see what we can do. Got that "fixed" except for the A/C as i forgot to tell the Audi techs to look at it. spent a month in France for work came back and 1st drive to work engine light came on and A/C is blowing hot air. Took it back to Audi and they said the A/C had zero freon and had no leaks meaning they never checked it even though it wasn't blowing cold air. then the main thing i had a problem with them saying "everything works good" over the phone which i'm sure they recorded is that the condenser fans and the module are shot and that not a cheap fix. but most of all i hate how it took me 2-3 days to get a hold of the sales guy Jerydd Sprague and the service manager Matt Babcock and when you did get a hold them the don't remember you till after you explain the entire situation, obviously shows there interest in there work. i was told you bought as is and was pretty much underlying that you didn't buy new so we have no interest in helping you out as a customer. Don't ever come here they will screw you as they don't look at there cars before they sell them and will lie to you saying they are perfect. more

QUESTIONABLE SERVICE 5/30/2012

brought my town car in a couple of times for service, once for repair of safety belt under warranty. i was told they would get back to me after checking with lincoln....never got a follow-up call. on another occassion for oil change, was told that i needed substantial repair to front end and that it was not covered by warranty. i checked with lincoln warranty and told that it was covered. additionally, i have had the car serviced at two other lincoln dealers, none of whom ever suggested that i needed the frontend service. frankly, there are two few total reviews to conclude a high rating for this dealer more

top notch sales team 1/4/2012

I am writing to those in charge of the Preferred dealership to let you know how lucky you are to have the sales staff you have. I had the good fortune to meet and work with them last month when I purchased a new car through your dealership. I found them to be salespeople who really care about there customers. Not only were they friendly, honest and accommodating, but they worked every angle to give me the best possible price. They also went out of there way to provide service to my car by driving my car from Muskegon to Grand Haven when I encountered a few minor mechanical problems with my new car. They made themselves available in the future to continue to be available to drive my car for servicing in Grand Haven. I was impressed when I went into Preferred a few weeks after purchasing my new car that they remembered my name and the name of my daughter. Feeling the personal touch when buying a new car is very important. I think as stated before that they are a top notch sales team that provides that personal care that customers are looking for. more

Nothing but great customer service 12/5/2011

I have taken my Focus here in 2-3 times over the last few years (routine only) and have ALWAYS had a great experience. Everyone, from the service manager to the shuttle driver, has ALWAYS been great to me. No unwanted issues popping up later on and nothing but great customer service. more

I have brought my vehicle to Preferred Ford's service center a few times and I can say that their service is top-notch. Employees are responsive and courteous. The quality of work is usually as good as getting it from the factory. And even if they do make a mistake, they correct it and go the extra mile just to keep your business. Their reception area and even their workshop is kept very clean. Work is generally done in a very timely manner and at a competitive price. It has everything from oil changes, to tires, to parts. I rarely go anywhere else simply because all of my needs are filled there. Good work, guys. more

Not only are they incredibly knowledgable about Fords, but they are so much fun to work with.
