Bought a used Audi TT from them promised everything worked fine over the phone before i drove 3 1/2 hours took look at it. on the drive home the engine light came on and the a/c barely worked called them and they said take it to an Audi dealership and we will see what we can do. Got that "fixed" except for the A/C as i forgot to tell the Audi techs to look at it. spent a month in France for work came back and 1st drive to work engine light came on and A/C is blowing hot air. Took it back to Audi and they said the A/C had zero freon and had no leaks meaning they never checked it even though it wasn't blowing cold air. then the main thing i had a problem with them saying "everything works good" over the phone which i'm sure they recorded is that the condenser fans and the module are shot and that not a cheap fix. but most of all i hate how it took me 2-3 days to get a hold of the sales guy Jerydd Sprague and the service manager Matt Babcock and when you did get a hold them the don't remember you till after you explain the entire situation, obviously shows there interest in there work. i was told you bought as is and was pretty much underlying that you didn't buy new so we have no interest in helping you out as a customer. Don't ever come here they will screw you as they don't look at there cars before they sell them and will lie to you saying they are perfect.
