I am writing to those in charge of the Preferred dealership to let you know how lucky you are to have the sales staff you have. I had the good fortune to meet and work with them last month when I purchased a new car through your dealership. I found them to be salespeople who really care about there customers. Not only were they friendly, honest and accommodating, but they worked every angle to give me the best possible price. They also went out of there way to provide service to my car by driving my car from Muskegon to Grand Haven when I encountered a few minor mechanical problems with my new car. They made themselves available in the future to continue to be available to drive my car for servicing in Grand Haven. I was impressed when I went into Preferred a few weeks after purchasing my new car that they remembered my name and the name of my daughter. Feeling the personal touch when buying a new car is very important. I think as stated before that they are a top notch sales team that provides that personal care that customers are looking for.
