brought my town car in a couple of times for service, once for repair of safety belt under warranty. i was told they would get back to me after checking with lincoln....never got a follow-up call.
on another occassion for oil change, was told that i needed substantial repair to front end and that it was not covered by warranty. i checked with lincoln warranty and told that it was covered. additionally, i have had the car serviced at two other lincoln dealers, none of whom ever suggested that i needed the frontend service.
frankly, there are two few total reviews to conclude a high rating for this dealer
