We've been using Precision for our plumbing, sewer and heating needs for years. Each year we contact them to come to our house and do a basic check on our equipment to make sure that everything is working properly. Paul was our usual technician, and as usual, he was cheerful, friendly and considerate. He didn't try to sell me any services or equipment that I didn't need. It's so hard these days to find decent people in the service industry who don't try to sell you a million things you don't need or scare you into thinking you have to buy them. Thank you Precision for hiring such a wonderful, honest, and knowledgeable technician!!!! more

Awesome Service!! 7/24/2013

I called Precision just before 5pm on Tuesday and they had someone out here first thing the next morning to fix the leak in my bathroom drain. We are in the middle of renovations and Eric White, my technician, gave me all the information I needed to determine what level of service would best fit our needs. THanks, Eric! Great customer repersentative 6/20/2013

Mark was on time, polite, and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and gather information. He explained many of the options available and the pros/cons of each. Precision Heat/Cooling was the first company we contacted and I was going to get estimates from a few others. Mark quoted us a fair price (per my research) and there was no pressure whatsoever. He comes across as very genuine and trustworthy. We are happy we are doing business with someone like him. more

Chris B. did a great job helping up with a sink clog. Solid work and kept us apprised of what he was doing (and what it would cost) and the possible risks/consequences (we have a very old house). Pleasure working with him! more

Great service 4/19/2013

Andy and Jeremy came out to repair part of our sewer line outside. What can I say to do them justice? They were efficient, respectful of my home and yard, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the process to me. They also showed me the camera feed of my line and explained that as well. They did exactly what they said they would do, and left my yard with no mess. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Ray was very friendly and gave me a list of options and the cost. He worked efficently and the job was finished in less time than I anticipated. The only negative thing was the cost was quite a bit more than I expected. Otherwise the service was excellant. more

Ejector Pump Installation 3/13/2013

Our company dock was filling with rain water, I called Precision and within 3 hours they had sent out the Service Technician, John Lech. John was extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was, he then presented me with several alternatives to fix the problem from the precosted service price book. After choosing the option I wanted, he got straight to work removing and installing the new heavy duty ejector pump. John went above and beyond by even cleaning out most of the debrie that was in the pit, just ensure the maximum life of the new pump. The entire installation was quick and professional. John is definatley a professional! Thank you John. more

Great Sewer Pipe Lining Service! 3/7/2013

Peter came to my house a number of times to assess the situation with my sewer pipes and provide me with options for solving the problem. He was always cheerful and pleasant, and he answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Once we decided to move ahead with the lining of the pipes, Billy and Neil joined Peter to get the job done. Billy clearly knows what he's doing and explained the process and the timing. I had to reschedule at the last minute, and all of the guys were very pleasant and accommodating about the change. When the lining was complete, they showed me a video so I could see the finished product. I had gotten estimates from a number of companies, but Precision Plumbing gave me the best price and, moreover, it was a pleasure to work with Peter, Billy and Neil. more

Jerry D. Plumber---Addresses sump pump problem 1/31/2013

Jerry called us and told us that he would be here within an hour.....which he was. Showed him the problem with our sump pump.......it was pumping too frequently and the water coming out of the drain pipe outside was a small amount after a large rainfall. I had also noticed that when the pump would turn on, the basement pipe that connected to the drainage tube seemed to have water coming out around the connection. Jerry checked the pump (it was ok). He ran hot water through the drainage tube to make sure it wasn't frozen (it wasn't). Then he redid the connection outside (which was the problem). He also checked our emergency battery operated pump and said that even though it was fine..........the battery should probably be replaced as it was older and with spring coming with more rainfall.....we followed his advice. He was courteous, explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. more

The complete team did a fantastic job, from the first call to the finish of the installation the process was great. My technician Ray was professional, gave me several options and was helpful in choosing the best solution. He was prepared and performed the installation of the water heater with pride. Mark C came to my house on short notice after we found blower problems on our furnace. He determined that the blower motor is about to break but thought it was prudent to wait until it actually did, postponing an expensive repair bill until it was actually needed. Thoroughly explained the issue & helped us make an intelligent decision. more
