Shawn responded to my call for help with a bathroom draining issue. He had the knowledge to fully understand my plumbing problem and implemented a strategic plan starting with the least invasive approach hoping to save me the cost of unnecessary repairs. He was patient with my interest in the problem and the repair. Shawn fixed my plumbing issue without charging me for unnecessary work. He was extremely thorough and took the extra time testing and retesting to ensure the 'fix' would last. I truly appreciated his conscientious manner and would highly recomend him to anyone searching for a knowledgeable and caring plumber. more

Great Service on the Weekend 10/30/2011

Had a minor emergency - expecting company from out of town and the sewer backed up into the shower. Rob did a great job of handling the problem and I was back in business by the end of the day. more

Precision Plumbing Review 10/15/2011

Precision Plumbing sent Ray B. to replace a leaking hot water heater within a few hours of my request. Ray B. was extremely professional from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, tidy, friendly, & did not pressure me into purchasing more than I was interested in. My hot water heater was tucked in a very tight spot which was difficult to work in. Ray B. moved, without complaint, shelving & a counter top to gain access to the tank. He got the job done quickly & accurately. I recommend Precision Plumbing and Ray B. more

Sewer line repair 8/22/2011

Helpful & Quick 8/10/2011

Dan was able to come out very quickly when we had a problem with our ejector pump. Dan quickly affirmed what I had thought that I needed a new pump. He gave me many options of what I could do, including doing it myself. He explained how he was going to do the job and how long it would take him compared to how long it might take someone with very limited plumbing experience. I decided to let the professional do the job and he asked if I wanted to watch and I thought that was a great idea! I was able to ask him questions and learned that it was a very good idea that I didn't try it myself. However I do feel that with what I learned I can definitely service the pump myself. Dan was very very helpful with the information he gave me and finished the job in under 2 hours while giving me some pointers as he worked. more

Fast & Extremely helpful 8/10/2011

Good: Dan was able to inform me of my options realistically within about 10 minutes of arriving to my home. He was able to ask questions to determine what would work best for me. Dan ran down my options on all the ejector pumps available and some of the problems that could be expected. Before he began he gave me a rundown of what he was going to do and allowed me to watch and he showed me what to do if something were to fail on the pump.. Other: The pump that I had looked about 30 years old and could not turn on. Dan was able to let me know what was wrong and we discussed how long it would take him vs. how long it might take me (very very limited plumbing experience). Because he allowed me to watch as he was working and talked me through some things I feel much more confident about taking on something like this if I had to. **It was definitely a good thing I did not tackle this on my own**. more

Very Pleased 5/11/2011

Have used Precision Plumbing many times in the past for many jobs large and small. Ray B came out most recently to address an issue with a leaky hose bib. Arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and (most importantly) fixed my problem. Fast turnaround time and generally good service and workmanship are the reason I am a repeat customer...
