Our company dock was filling with rain water, I called Precision and within 3 hours they had sent out the Service Technician, John Lech.
John was extremely professional and knew exactly what the problem was, he then presented me with several alternatives to fix the problem from the precosted service price book. After choosing the option I wanted, he got straight to work removing and installing the new heavy duty ejector pump. John went above and beyond by even cleaning out most of the debrie that was in the pit, just ensure the maximum life of the new pump.
The entire installation was quick and professional. John is definatley a professional!
