Satisfied with Precision Plumbing again (plumbers: Ray & Andy). 9/25/2012

I requested Ray to come to the house to correct a couple of slow draining sinks. Andy arrived with Ray and they both were knowledgable, professional, hard working, and very curtious. I was able to select from multiple options and add to the order. They completed the job to my satisfaction and cleaned their work spaces nicely. They were very pleasant to deal with. I highly recomend Ray & Andy with Precision Plumbing in the Chicagoland area. more

need heating unit repair call the this copmapny 9/8/2012

I had a problem with air condition and plumbing at the same time. MarkC. was sent to my grandma house by the precision company. Plumbing Inspection 6/11/2012

Dan invited me to tag along on the inspection. He explained each step of the process, made note of items (small to large) that I might want to fix, change or modify. My home is 20+ years old so many of the fixtures do not have the most up-to-date features. All but one of the suggestions were discretionary, and the item that wasn't discretionary needed to be replaced(20 year-old sump pump). Precision plumbing has truck inventory, and I was able to get the pump replaced same day. I was very pleased with Dan's explanations and performance. more

Precision Plumbing-Dan 6/9/2012

We were very impressed with Dan from the moment he walked in and put on shoe covers to protect our floors, until he left scratching our dogs' heads. Dan quickly assessed the problem, presented several solutions and effectively fixed our problem. Since our solution involved toilets they didn't stock on his truck, another date was scheduled for the installation. Again, Dan showed up on time and ready to work in his booties, removed the toilet, and installed the new one. When this style of toilet had what we considered to be a design flaw (the water level in the bowl is too high and can't be adjusted) Dan returned and again replaced this new toilet. We had no complaints from the company or Dan, and both acted professionally in helping us resolve our issues. We will definitely refer any friends to Precision Plumbing. more

Precision heating and cooling 5/10/2012

I have used Precision Plumbing in the past and because of their unbeliveable service in all the important areas, I decided to use their heating and air cooling division for my spring check. I was once again not disappointed with their service!! Mark the service tech was very thorough, not rushing through any of the necessary checks and answered any of my concerns. The best "part" is that when it came to fixing an issue, he had the "parts" on his truck and took care of it right then !! No waiting to order parts and having to make a return visit. Mark was very courteous, neat, and someone I felt was trustworthy. Great experience again!! more

Review 5/6/2012

Ray was just excellent. Listened to the problem, offered problem solve, offered new alternative solutions and did the install as excactly indicated. Ray had a very professional and knowing approach. He was able to go above and beyond in the service, checked his install of the sump pump he did in December. Will recommend Ray and Precision to anyone who asks, this is a great compliment and to both. I am extremely pleased with the preformance of Ray and Precision. Five Stars more

Plumbing Services 4/30/2012

Dan M. was courteous and informative. While he was here for a backflow test, he called attention to a problem with my hot water heater and shut-off valve. He repaired it in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks to Dan for great customer service that is many times missing in the services industry. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICE. THEY MATCHED COMPETITORS BIDS AND DID NOT CUT CORNERS. MARK C. EXPLAINED VARIOUS OPTIONS TO ME UNLIKE OTHER WELL KNOWN COMPANIES. HE WAS THERE TO SELL INSTALL AND SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT UNLIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES. MARK TREATED MY HOME JUST AS I EXPECTED- NEAT AND CLEAN. I HAVE BEEN WITH A WORLD RENOWNED COMPANY FOR 36 YEARS AND KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO MEET CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS. MARK DID MORE THAN MEET THEM, HE EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. Ejector Pump Replacement 3/31/2012

We had a ejector pump failure at midnight. I called Precision Plumbing Services 24 hour answering service to see if they could send a technician to help. They dispatched Dan M. He came to our house at 1:00 AM and we had a reasonable discussion about the price, etc. After agreeing on the price, Dan M. quickly started on the job and completed it within 2 hours. Though I had never used Precision Plumbing Services before, I was very impressed with Dan M. in terms of his knowledge of the work and professionalism. Though they are not cheap, I certainly plan to use Precision Plumbing Services in the future given the quality of their work. more

Bob M. has been an exceptional plumber, very thorough, really quick, and even cleans up afterwards! He has been my plumber for several years now. Last year, when we had huge floods, Bob was very efficient, and came to my home several times to see that the job was completed before the next big flood.
